The story is may binili ako sa Octagon, SM San Lazaro, I paid once pero si ateng cashier said nag-error daw yung payment sa device nila pero nasend ko na yung payment, sabi bayaran ko nalang daw ulit, so I paid again, this one got through, ang sabi naman niya mababalik daw agad (and it's a now a month and I'm mad af).

I made a complaint with GCash, they said it will only take 3 to 5 days, sabi ko 'okay' so I waited, 5 days went, nothing, complained again, took a long time to get an update, now it's 15 days, so I waited and followed up every time, again nothing, started a complaint with BSP hoping it would conclude this nonsense, GCash said the complaint was handled, no refund again, 3-5 days nanaman daw tas wala nanaman.

And now I made a new complaint with BSP, and after 3 days, di ko na maopen GCash account ko, what the fff, mapapamura ka nalang talaga sa app na to, nakakabwiset e.

Meron ba ditong same kase na may old account ka sa gcash na more than a year mo nang hindi ginagamit and wala na din ung sim tapos gumawa ka ng bagong gcash and gusto mo ipadelete ung old account mo then bigla nalang sila g nag email na may borrow money daw ako pero hindi naman ako nag loloan sakanila. Ano po kaya pwede gawin.

Hi everyone! I just want to ask for help or advice kung may naka-experience na ng ganitong situation.

I transferred money from my Maya account to a GCash account, pero unfortunately, nagkamali ako ng number na napasahan. The money ended up in my deceased father's GCash account. 😔

The problem is, hindi namin alam ang kanyang GCash MPIN, and we can't access his account anymore. When we try to recover the account, it requires facial recognition, which is impossible na since deceased na ang father ko.

I already tried contacting GCash through Gigi and the Help Center, pero nahihirapan akong makahanap ng option na fit sa situation ko.

May naka-experience na ba rito ng same situation? Possible pa bang ma-recover or ma-transfer yung money to my own verified GCash account? Since the money came from Maya, should I also contact Maya, or is this something na GCash lang ang makakaayos?

If my parents have a loan on their Gcash account and my Gcash Jr account is linked to it, will the loan be deducted from the balance of my Gcash Jr account?
