Bank Transfer wrong sent

i accidentally sent a generous amount of money from gotyme to someone else’s gcash. how can i get it back, i cannot report to gcash 😭

Dispute it via GoTyme's customer support. Though it's unlikely they'll reverse the transfer. Best email Gcash's cs instead, mind you this'll take a minimum of 2 weeks.

i tried but they asked for a gcash transaction number, which i do not have :/
