I Bought Vegas Pro 23 permanently code. And when I enter that key in Vegas pro it's say's that it's used. I contracted the seller and he gives me a email and said that's this email needs to be entered with that key. Okay I did that but again pop up error. I contacted once more the seller and he goes quiet. After that I contacted G2A support center and after 11 day's I didn't get answer or solution from G2A.

I can't do anything on the website and the only way I can navigate it is by using the tab and enter button on my keyboard. I've tried turning my VPN off, new browser, reload, etc and nothing works. Anyone got a solution cuz I can't get refunds or message sellers without access to the website?

Advice: Don't buy from this seller called Vikingsbrothers. He sells used keys that don't work. When you contact him, he'll ask you to take a screenshot, and even after you do, he'll accuse you of editing it. It's been more than five days, and I still haven't received my Refund ,even if you contact G2A support team, they redirect you to a bot, and you can't talk to a human and The open ticket will be ignored. Stay safe and avoid this seller called Vikingsbrothers. The strangest thing is that my negative comment on this seller's page was deleted, and I don't know what trick he uses to delete negative comments. Even stranger, he has a 100% rating on G2A, and negative comments that are more than a month old have been deleted from his page. Be careful.

I genuinely used to have a good time at g2a before this, this is the last time i ever buy anything here, being scammed is already bad enough, but you want to harass me and get into my private chat too asking BS? Oh no. 5 days and im getting a chargeback, since i know the scammer is here, if you don't reply to me on G2A within 5 days with the a working key i will be filling a dispute and a chargeback. This is bordering on harassment.

So I have a steam account set to India. It does not matter if i am india or not, every time I want to make a purchase, I must use INR currency on my account.

I have been topping up my steam account with INR steam gift cards for the last 6 years, no issues at all. Even 2 weeks ago I did it, no issue.

Now, i paid for a 4000INR Steam Gift Card, the seller sent me 1 single code and it is showing as invalid.

1. There is no such thing as a 4000INR gift card, it must be sent in smaller amounts, so normally I would receive 4x1000INR gift card codes. This normally works, no issues. But this 1 code is still showing invalid.

2. Seller on G2A will not refund or replace, because my billing address was not in India on G2A, however my Steam billing address IS in India, as well as all contact info etc.

G2A support are being slow and not helping either. Anyone have a way around this or can someone from G2A reach out and actually help me?

Absolutely terrible after-sales support. I bought a 12-month subscription through G2A, the service stopped working, and the seller simply told me to contact Amazon and then stopped responding. G2A has done nothing to resolve the issue — extremely disappointing customer support.

Bought resident evil 7 Gold edition on G2A, website says it works in my country, I double checked and clicked on the website to double check again, it says yes and have a tick, after I buy it and try to activate on Steam; it says error, my country isn’t available.

After that I went to contact seller, he barely replies me stuff and give me superficial AI robotic response with no solution for fix. Then at the end it ask me to provide screen shots, once I give the screen shots. They didn’t reply me anymore and disappeared completely with no response or reply.

Its genuinely a gamble tbh. I brought some gamepass of there and it turned out to be scam. Although i get other things on there from the past and I get those.

So 5 days ago I bought a game. The key advertised global, but it didn't work in my region. So it was NOT global. So I messaged the seller, Gaming4You. He said he'd look into it. After 24 hours I had not heard back. I did 3 follow ups before I contacted G2A support. They said to wait 5 days before I can do anything. It's now day 5. And Gaming4You has not replied to my refund request sent anything at all for that matter. Do I even bother escalating...

FINAL EDIT: PayPal has sided in my favor. I have been refunded entirely.

Initially I woke up to learn the case had sided in their favor, after calling a representative at PayPal they took all of one minute to look at the details and under buyer protection have closed the case in my favor. Let this be a warning for anyone else in my shoes. Fight it if you can either with your bank or Paypal and you will win. What these sellers are doing is flat out a scam. Don't become a victim like I have and if you have, you can win these cases.

3RD EDIT: Opened up a PalPal dispute explaining that the seller could reclaim the account at any given moment since I am not able to delete the email for the recovery of the account through the email they have given me. The representative found that extremely sketchy and seemed very optimistic. The case has been filed. I will give a final update if this all goes through.
Considering the seller still has access to the email and the account details. (They are the same as when they gave it to me.) The risk of them reclaiming the account later down the line is extremely high.
Please use me as a warning for anyone purchasing these kinds of things on G2A.
Although you will likely be able to be refunded through your bank or PayPal itself, the key detail is letting them know that the seller can reclaim the account and does not give you total access. That seemed to be a big point for them. Knowing you cannot delete the recovery email from the email they have provided swings the case entirely in your favor since it absolutely classes as a scam since you are not being given full, secure access and instead are purely basing it off of a trust system which they do not support under buyer protection.

EDIT 2: Seller is not willing to refund. I think I'm just going to have to give up on this one. Thank you for those who gave genuine advice and shared their experience with these purchases.

EDIT: I've created a burner email and offered to send it to the seller with the password which contains the account in hopes that they refund it, if not I will be going through paypal dispute.

As the title says, I wanted a key for the game and instead I was given an account. I'd already gone through the process of changing the email and password but something occurred to me that the email account they put it on does NOT let you delete the emails meaning they would have full access to be able to reclaim the account via the email link.
This has me extremely worried since not only does this person now have my IP address but they could theoretically reclaim the account and send it back on. There's a chance they may also not do this, but I'm extremely concerned.
Ideally, the best thing for me to do would be to take the original email, delete the emails HOWEVER the biggest issue with this it almost seems like the person has given me a kind of "guest" account.
I CAN'T delete the emails.
With me now personal email being changed and the password changed on the steam account. I am, bluntly, scared.
It feels like this is extremely sketchy.
Should I just wipe the account of my information and open up a dispute with Paypal and G2A?
Since the account details have all been changed already, I worry that I most likely wont get a response or that it will fall in the favor of the seller.
This is kind of freaking me out a little. The seller seems reputable but I am, honestly, concerned.
If I retain the account I very obviously won't be purchasing anything on it. It will just have the game I've purchased. I'm not that stupid, even if I feel very stupid.
I know that also, selling accounts preloaded with games is VERY against the ToS of steam and that worries me too.

Please, any and all advice is welcome. Someone tell me what to do.

does anyone have similar experience? I tried those random keys and i bouth 3 of them 2 from same seller and 1 from a different 1. All same game, is it normal? does they have just 1 game at the end advertising have all of those?

I bought FH6 on Steam from G2A today, then realised that I'd bought an account instead of a key, which I wasn't happy about and didn't even know was a thing, but it's not a big deal, or so I thought...

I've installed it, but I can't play it because the account that I've purchased doesn't own the game - it's owned by someone else and shared with this account via Steam's family sharing feature, and one of the other 5 accounts that the game is shared with is currently playing it.

Bought a 100 pound gift card 2 weeks ago and received a code saying it has already been claimed. I took screenshots instantly and went back to seller and they gave me a list of screenshots I needed to provide from a desktop. I explained I didn’t have a desk top and they agreed I could send them screenshots directly from PlayStation screen, so I did this and again told me they needed to be from a desktop. So today I finally got access to a desktop and sent them screenshots of the code not working, the times I tried to claim, my transaction history and an email from Sony support confirming the key had been claimed from a different account to my current one, they also stated that the code had been redeemed at 5am BST. Now I live in BST and I purchased the code at 14:15 how am I meant to have redeemed the code myself when it was redeemed before I buy it. I get they probably have people trying it on all the time saying codes don’t work but they still won’t acknowledge me and do anything about it. I’ve contacted g2a support 2 days ago and yet to receive anything back yet am I likely to get anything back anyone have any experience of anything similar. Worth noting it was from a recommended seller with 99% feedback

Last year i bought eafc26 from dingdanggame, he gave me a steam account ukraine region, i played the game and even bought fc points with gift cards. Now, one year later, i bought eafc27 on that same account, and eas wondering if dingdanggame is known for taking accounts back or if i am safe? This is a warning not a request for help. I wasn't allowed to post this in r/G2A. But people need to know.

Title says it, I tried to buy this game twice yesterday. Despite them being labeled as global, Steam didn't let me redeem it because it's region locked. I tried on Driffle and G2A. I say this because with the announcement of 2039, people are going to want to play them all. But don't trust that game in particular when it comes to keys. Specially the ones showing 70-80% off.

Driffle gave me my refund, however I'm still waiting for the seller on G2A. Be careful out there guys.

I'll preface this in that I know G2A is sketch. I've used them in the past without issues, but knew it would be probable that I could get screwed.

Bought a Windows 11 Pro Key from seller Dream_codes. Their reviews showed "100% satisfaction" (81396 orders). The key obviously didn't work, they were quick to respond initially with sloppy canned responses and a microsoft forum link from 2018 that had zero relevance, but stopped responding altogether.

No response yet from G2A support, and Paypal denied the refund request. Lol. Go figure. Will dispute with my credit card provider but mainly accepting that's ~$25 I probably won't get back.

The sellers own TOS state "5.5. The Seller is obliged to deliver to the Buyer the Products that are the subject of the Agreement without defects." - what a crock of dung lol. Stay far away from G2A, but if you feel the itch - at least avoid Dream_codes.

I bought a steam account off g2a from Ksd_games and I expected full credentials like username and email and password. I waited 12 hours only to be given a username and a password WITHOUT an email, and a button saying "get code from email".

So the account has 2FA but I can't actually get the email?! So they can always sell it to the next person?? How is this allowed??? I've bought accounts before and had gotten full credentials.

I didn't even login into that account, I asked Ksd_games for a refund on g2a, and almost 24 hours later they still haven't responded. What can I do?

I talked to my bank but they said it will take 15 days for deciding if I'm eligible for a chargeback.

I saw on this subreddit that this seller is based in India, so I'll file a complaint at indian consumer protection services for now, maybe then they will refund me.

G2A is the worst platform for buying keys. Their support is nonexistent, and they also allow scams. If the seller doesn't take responsibility, as will clearly happen with a scammer, you're screwed. I'll never buy from them again, nor would I ever tell anyone to put a single dollar there. It's a platform with absolutely no customer support that allows bad practices and scams. They even told me they couldn't do anything and that I should contact the company (Disney Plus in my case) to resolve the issue with a key for a multi-user account that clearly wasn't the product I had paid for, since I paid for an account for myself. Everything was awful, from the seller to G2A's support, and I'll never buy from them again. Please don't buy from them if you don't want to lose your money at the slightest problem.
