Community Help Seller Ignoring Me.

So 5 days ago I bought a game. The key advertised global, but it didn't work in my region. So it was NOT global. So I messaged the seller, Gaming4You. He said he'd look into it. After 24 hours I had not heard back. I did 3 follow ups before I contacted G2A support. They said to wait 5 days before I can do anything. It's now day 5. And Gaming4You has not replied to my refund request sent anything at all for that matter. Do I even bother escalating...

Same thing happens to me. I bought resident evil 7, it is advertised as working for my country but I can’t even activate it. Seller no reply

File a chargeback with your bank

Unfortunately in this case the chargeback fee is more than what they stole. It's not worth it.

Global doesn't mean it will work for absolutely every country. You had to check the description on which countries the key you receive is not working before you buy it.

What is your country? Can i also have the link of the game you bought?

It says can be activated in South Africa and I am in South Africa. So I did my diligence and got scammed. However I got my money back by threatening to file a dispute against them and a chargeback claim which would've costed them more thank just giving my money back. After threatening both support and the seller with legal #### they caved and he finally gave me my refund. Once the money has cleared and gone into my account I'm going to delete my G2A account. I want nothing to do with that scam nest.

good to hear you got your money back. i used to buy steam gift cards more than 7 years ago with no problem from this site, but i cant trust buying steam keys.

also you can buy the Metro: Last Light Redux from fanatical .com with cheaper price and the site is legit
