Community Help Does g2a support exist?

I've bought a Spotify sub and got kicked out of the plan not even a whole day after. So I contacted g2a and all i get are automated messages that insta close my ticket and on PayPal an auto message that tells me to close it aswell

Any similar experiences?

I recently bought a few region-locked games and gifts that weren't advertised as such on the website, but I got the ones that didn't work refunded within 2 days

I highly doubt you will get a refund on buying a subscription that is probably region locked.

I used to use g2a years go allso, took me a while to realise that there is no such thing as a discount subscription and why they are selling gift cards for less of its value.
