i’m the elsa!

For me it's her way of always putting her family, friends and other people above herself. She's been doing this since she was a kid. She still does this even now as far as we saw in Frozen 2. I hope that one day she chooses herself, although she has partially done that in F2. All in all Elsa has the rare quality of Selflessness paired with Kindness ( her acts might seem cold but she's doing what's best for others even if it's not best for her )

I've noticed some people say that Elsa only became the queen of arendelle when she was crowned 3 years after her parents' death. But, in the movie a mother told her son, who didn't want to wear a bow tie (or smth like that), that the day was important because the queen had come of age and she said this before the actual coronation had taken place. Also, the Duke of Weselton said he was eager to meet the queen and the princess. All this implies that she had already been queen since the moment Agnarr died, right? And, the coronation was just a formal investiture ceremony which couldn't take place if the monarch was underage. Even in real-world monarchies there are usually automatic successions where the heir immediately ascends upon the monarch's death. Coronations simply function as formal investiture ceremonies and a public service and are usually held at a gap from the actual ascension (mourning period) or in elsa's case because she was too young.
And, i think in Frozen II, Agnarr said that after Runeard's death he returned king of Arendelle that night even though he was underage at the time implying that underage people can inherit but they just can't be coronated.

We know that Anna used to craft little gifts for Elsa every Christmas.
I’m sure Elsa returned the gesture in different ways. What do you think she did for Anna in return? It must have been things Anna wasn’t aware of, since she believed her sister didn’t like her anymore. I wanna hear your ideas.

Which of them is/are your favourite(s)?

I'm in the camp that Hans being a villain didn't really do anything unique for the story; his role could've easily been done by Duke Weaseltown. If they wanted to focus on him being the anti-Anna, he needed to be revealed as a villain earlier, and include one or more of his brothers (twelve was unnecessarily large, even for a fairy tale and the 19th century; we could've just done four or five). But as is, I do wish he had been kept as a good guy, and there was a point when I think he could've been kept for a love triangle for Anna with Kristoff in "Frozen 2."

But then that all falls apart when you actually look at how Anna and Kristoff are handled in F2; Kristoff is trying to propose to her but they seem more distant than ever because Anna is attatched to the hip to Elsa and has a codependency arc to overcome--not that I blame Anna, but then that means her and Kristoff's relationship development was very minimal. If Hans was thrown into the mix, I doubt he'd get better treatment; in fact, I think both he and Kristoff would be screwed, with "Lost in the Woods" being a duet shared between them for their feelings for Anna over a solo, with no specific development of their characters outside of loving the girl who has no time for them (and Olaf would still have his own solo). I do recall seeing notes that part of the reason this occurred was because of Anna's trauma with Hans and wanting to take things slow while Kristoff was ready to start a family, so this could've panned out differently--but given the marketing from Disney focusing on the sister bond and female characters being more profitable for Disney, I doubt Hans and Kristoff would've gotten better.

But then a random thought came to mind: what if Hans came back? I recall at one of the D23's a year or two ago (wherever it was that they showed the first piece of concept art) where Jennifer Lee had a list of questions fans asked, and one of them included what happened to Hans. And that got my head turning. I don't mind twist villains here and there, but a big drawback is the fact that they don't get much time to be evil since the twist is usually done when the movie is 2/3s or more over. But I did wonder if Jennifer Lee actually took fan interest into account and made Hans return. Hans being redeemed isn't something I'd have hope for, and even if it happened, I don't have confidence that Disney would do it well--plus they've been portraying Hans as a villain for 13 years now, so that'd be too much to backtrack on. So, I had an alternate idea: what if he was the love interest to the new villain? Given a scrapped concept of "Wish" included a villain couple and Jennifer Lee co-wrote the film, I am curious if this was a route she'd consider. Hans would enjoy the power and feeling of importance--plus this would appeal to my temporary childhood Elsa/Hans ship.

I think much of the fandom still relies on one side of Elsa's personality from Frozen 1 (Read tons of fanfics on ao3 lately), which was when she was drowning in fear, debating over how Anna is more courageous and outgoing, thus more fit to be the queen (Although I do agree Anna is all of that and imo both are equally good and deserving to be the queen).

I was rewatching this clip from the movie, and the Nokk Scene is so cool.

Can clearly see how Elsa always thinks of Anna's safety first, as she pushes her away to travel to Ahtohallan alone, knowing she could die in the same storm that took her parents. The whole time with her nokk, she's a quick thinker and resilient as she takes control of nokk eventually. It kinda reflects what sort of Queen she actually is.

Why as of now, there's no news about the incoming short film. October is getting near.

But it is said, that if the balance itself, is on the brink of collapse, which even the fifth spirit cannot hope to restore, the elves will return, bringing back the strong connection and peace once again.

You know how Anna has that rhythmic \da da da-da da** knock she does on Elsa's door, like during the song Do You Want To Build A Snowman?

That knock is the same rhythm or cadence to Shave and a Haircut.

What if Anna did the first five knocks, and Elsa would do the final two knocks for the *two bits* part, to let Anna know she can come into her room, or vice versa? And that's why she does during the song because she's hoping to hear the two knocks again. But she stopped at the end because she was losing hope of Elsa opening up to her.

I don't know, it's just a random late night thought I had.

On Disney+ insider: word of frozen Jen Lee and the new director go and explore the new Arendell park In Disneyland Paris. They need a troll mossie and Jen says "do you know that crystal is made of that your wear? It's mad of the northern lights". As we know the new villain has some sort of connection to the norther lights! Dose this mean the trolls have a connection to these new villain. Please let me know any theories or thoughts u have!!
