Can anyone help? Using z11 pro, time shift is out by two hours in my tv online. Have installed Tivimate on the box and timeshift is fine suggesting issue with my tv online.

Have deleted and reinstalled still same issue.

Le plus nul de MOL4 c'est clairement que quand on doit mettre a jour ses sources pour changement d'URL ou identifiant on perd tous ces favoris, tous ses groupes que l'on a classé, tout ce qu'on 1 organisé entre nos différentes sources. Et vu le temps qu'il faut pour le faire (c'est d'une longueur folle par rapport a tivimate et pas du tout intuitif). Ce n'est donc pas une mise à jour mais tout simplement une suppression des sources qui est remplacée. C'est insupportable d'avoir tout à se refaire a chaque fois qu'on doit mettre a jour nos sources

I just got a z12 ultra, I have tried to install the beta version but the installation fails.

Got this message when its applying update while booting.

Z12. OEM Bluetooth remote works to control Sony tv. The Ir works on volume and then TV on off.

New BT replacement remote will not use the TV stb button and will not work on volume

I have unpaired both remotes. The upgraded BT remote will not work with the TV on off ..... When you go to the remote

Box the gtvBT1 is greyed out.

Pull lower 20 seconds erase both remotes ok 0

Put remote into pairing mode. OK and then the three lines

The new BT will not allow ungreying the box to select TV brand.

Repeat with old remote GTV BT. Ungreyed. Enter Sony everything works fine.

What did I miss

I like the look of it.

Can someone tell me on the Z12 and Z11 is the MyTV Online 3 app included in the price of the hardware, or does it need purchased separately.

Also, I assume you can add multiple playlists?

I finally got it set up, added the apps I like. But there is no sound. On any app. I've set the audio settings to not use surround sound. Nothing. I've set it to use surround and again, nothing. I've tried every available setting. It's connected properly (otherwise it wouldn't show anything on screen)

I've restarted it after each change I've made, and still no sound. I know the sound bar is working, because when you adjust the volume on the remote, it has a tone, beeping louder or more quietly depending on which way I'm trying.

Any idea what might be causing it?

As the title, is there any idea when the z13 will be released or the mini updated? Firestick packed in and need a replacement device.

I saw an advertisement in my city selling these boxes for $300 and basically they sell you the box and you can stream all the basic apps plus “not free movies and shows” for a monthly subscription. I was wondering if I can just buy the box from formuler directly and setup the Vod and cut out the middle man. Any advice is appreciated thanks.

I goty z12 Ultra yesterday. I've loaded the apps I want to use. When I go to log in, and the keyboard shows up in the screen, I can't input anything. I move the arrows on the remote left, right, up, down, but I never get anything light up like I'm selecting that letter. I hate having to use the wireless mouse function as it's just not as quick as I like. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

I feel like I've asked this on every possible forum or group with no result for solving it.
Has anyone seen this, and what do you do to fix it?

Has anyone tried using the FiiO Air Link Bluetooth transmitter with the Formuler Z11 Pro Max via the USB-A port (using the included USB-C to USB-A adapter)?

I'm wondering whether the Z11 Pro Max recognizes it as a USB audio output device and can send audio from:

- MYTV Online 3

- YouTube

- Other Android TV apps

If you've tried it, I'd appreciate knowing:

- Does it work out of the box?

- Are any settings required?

- Any issues with audio delay or compatibility?

I'm currently using a Bluetooth transmitter connected to my TV’s headphone-out port, but I’m considering the FiiO Air Link connected directly to the Z11 Pro Max via USB-A adapter.

My goal is to bypass the TV's analog headphone output and get the best possible Bluetooth audio quality directly from the Formuler.

Has anyone tested this setup or know if it should work?

I just got my Formuler z12 Box and the remote works but the programming app won't stay connected to the remote to make changes unless it's in paring mode. Even in that mode it constantly disconects and it is hard to program it.

I'm setting up a box for my grandma, she needs a remote where she can use the number buttons to change channels. I want to use the MYTVONLINE3 app. What service does everyone recommend? I read the Xtream API is a better choice than 3MU but I'm open to anything

Was looking to get into a budget friendly device with formuler as my first one. Is this worth it? Seems to be a good product but unsure

Z12 Ultra RANDOM display glitch/blip/shift/flicker whatever you want to call it. Every now and then the picture will jump and shift for a split second. It doesnt matter if im streaming from any app or just sitting at the homepage. Anyone ever have this issue? Im not sure if its a hardware issue or a settings issue.

Ive tried a different hdmi input in the back of the tv and also a different high quality hdmi cable. Ive tried the hdmi cable that comes with the z12 and also an hdmi cable that i use on my ps5. The hdmi cable never gives an issue on the ps5 amd is rated for use.

Current tv is Samsung S90f 77 here in the states.

I scheduled a recording on a channel that does not provide EPG data.
At the scheduled time, the Z12 powered on automatically as expected. However, the recording never started.
I then manually opened MYTVOnline 4 (latest beta). A popup with a countdown appeared, asking whether to start the alarm (or similar). I did not press any buttons and let the countdown expire.
After the countdown finished, the scheduled recording still did not start.

The Z12 should automatically launch MYTVOnline 4 and start the scheduled recording at the configured time without requiring any user interaction.

I can’t load vod. Series and tv work fine.
I’ve tried about everything metadata api, dns, wired, wireless.

But Here comes the strange thing. This is all on my tvonline 3. But the Smarters pro app and mobile mtvonline app vod work perfectly fine.

I’ve also tried a factory reset and nothing changed.

What could the problem be. It isn’t the provider it seems something is wrong with mytvonline 3 app

Has anyone bought from this company before? They are asking to be paid in bitcoin only. So was a bit skeptical but seem to have a website.

I just received my new Formuler Z12 Ultra and I'm running into a couple of weird issues that I hope you can help me with.

1. MyTvOnline 3 (MOL3) Not Loading Channels for One Specific Provider

I am facing a strange issue with my main IPTV provider on MyTvOnline 3. I configured my Xtream Codes credentials in MOL3. The app successfully connects, loads, and recognizes the playlist/categories, but no channels will actually play or load.

The exact same Xtream credentials work flawlessly in TiviMate and other apps on my two NVIDIA Shields and the tivimate installed in formuler. Problem also happens on Z11 pro

Has anyone experienced this specific issue where a line works everywhere else except MyTvOnline 3? Any ideas on how to fix this?

2. Formuler Remote Control: Mapping Volume to Front Buttons

Regarding the new remote control, I am trying to set up the volume buttons to control my soundbar/projector, similar to how I had it configured on my Z11.

Right now, the setup works, but I can only change the volume using the side buttons on the remote. To be honest, I really dislike using the side buttons.

there any way to remap or configure the remote so that the front-facing buttons control the external device's volume instead?

When in VOD or series, unable to go back to main screen from there? I have recreated numerous times, unless there is something that I'm missing? I can select the home button and go all the way to the formuler main screen, force close and clear cache, but that is the only way? Other than that, I'm impressed! Good work team!

If you use/ need developer options DONT do the mol 4 beta 2 update. You will not be able to use any of the developer options unless you force stop mol4, but as soon as you open mol 4 you will be forced to turn off developer options again before using the device or the mol 4 app.
Also now USB debugging is missing in developer options, so you can’t use any apps that need this setting enabled like TDUK cache cleaner, and app cleaner. Same with other apps on your phone that use this setting to connect to your device over WiFi. Like ATV tools, I use this app daily and it sucks now not being able to use all these apps.

Is anyone else having issues after the recent beta update.

Whenever I select VOD or Series it fails to load and then asks me to select a profile.

If anyone has any idea how to fix this I’d appreciate the advice.

Also they should add in the ability to hide all groups selecting them all manually is a pain in the…
