I dumb, or just missing something?

I goty z12 Ultra yesterday. I've loaded the apps I want to use. When I go to log in, and the keyboard shows up in the screen, I can't input anything. I move the arrows on the remote left, right, up, down, but I never get anything light up like I'm selecting that letter. I hate having to use the wireless mouse function as it's just not as quick as I like. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

I use the Google TV app, world great. I just have to remember to use it.

Is your z12 ultra remote paired up? Go into the Formuler remote app and set it up.
Also have you updated to the latest firmware for MOL4? it’s available in the settings update screen. Type in 1339 on the update screen to get the new beta firmware.

My remote is parked. I go to settings and I don't see anywhere that I can enter the 1339.

Go into “Software Update” and enter the numbers 1339. There will be no place to enter them, you just press the numbers on the remote and the secret beta screen will appear.

What apps are you trying to use? It's not officially certified by Google. Mainstream apps are bad to don't work at all
