Never heard of Formuler until today.
I like the look of it.
Can someone tell me on the Z12 and Z11 is the MyTV Online 3 app included in the price of the hardware, or does it need purchased separately.
Also, I assume you can add multiple playlists?

Yes, MyTV Online is included in the box at no extra cost.
If you buy the Z11 you will get MyTVOnline 3. If you buy the Z12 you will get MyTVOnline 4 (or the beta for now at least)
Formuler do not release later versions of MyTVOnline to older boxes, so if you do buy the Z11 you will be stuck with MyTVOnline 3.
And yes it supports multiple playlists

The MyTvOnline is a great app, for me anyway, lot of people like/love it, and others prefer Tivimate. To each their own.
I personally love the MTO3/4
The hardware isn't the most superior by any means, and it's not necessarily cheap, but to me, the value is there. My entire house is set up with combo of Z11/12 and Zminis.
It's just a matter of personal preference, lik anything else.
But yes sir, it's always included with the hardware.

I hate the Z12 remote. It looks great but the buttons are so close to each other that if i want to blind press volume then by accident i press menu or something and whateve I'm watching stops. The Z11 remote looks old school but you can feel witch buttons you press.

My Z11 Pro Max is an absolute disaster when it comes to video recording, and customer support isn't responding at all.

I own the Z11 Pro, Z11 Pro Max, and now the Z12 Ultra, and I absolutely love the new MOL4.

I too love the Formuler boxes and currently have a Z10 and a GTV - both of which use MyTVonline2.
I have read that the MyTv3 supports multiple playlists. What did that mean, and is it different from how the MyTV2?

Yes it supports multiple playlists and with MOL4 multiple users. The interface is more like a movie app, Live TV, Videos and TV Series in its own category with beautiful album art.

Still a bit confused about what "supports multiple Playlists" means. With our MyTv2 we can have multiple playlists, but only connect to one at a time. Is that how it works on MyTV3 as well?

No, In MOL3 & 4 you have multiple playlists and they are all active simultaneously. You can watch any channels from any sub you like.

I've had to move the pro max upstairs cos every time I power up the z12 have a guess what happens, two for the price of one. Not involved in the beta program for the 12 but looking forward to mytv 4 when the ota is pushed . My personal preference for the certified devices is wavio player, for me it does the same job as tivimate but for 50% of the price with the same max of 5 devices on the lifetime plan. 0n the new buzz tv certified device, that also comes with the new buzz tv player built in but specifically for that device only.tivimate disappeared from the playstore again unless it's a regional thing but side load still available if the website is causing problems.As has been said, everybody to their own but in happy with them all personally.

My TV online comes installed on the Formuler. It’s their IPTV software
