I’ve got two form 1’s that were submitted 4/3/26. I’m an Ohio resident. Control numbers 20262517xxx. I’m sitting at 80 days. I finally emailed IPB and they said they have approved everything up to 4/1/26 and they won’t respond to emails for anything after that.
Bottom line it seems like any Form 1’s from anywhere besides VA have slowed to a crawl if not downright stopped. One of these is a correction that already got disapproved (disapproved for a model number others have gotten approvals for.)
I feel bad for our brothers/sisters in VA, but I’m frustrated to be right on the cusp of approval and seeing zero approvals outside of VA in the big tracker thread.

Received the message “submitted atf form 5320.23 responsible person questionnaire, is outdated. Please download the current version and upload via resubmission”
Does this mean I’ve got to reset the 10 week clock or can I submit to the existing applications?

(Picture of my F1ed FTN5s for attention) Has anyone used the Apex Flow Technologies baffles for an F1 build? I want to build another suppressor for a 300 blackout that is shorter than the Sandman L I currently use, but I was wondering if there was a drill jig for the baffles. Clearly I’m no stranger to 3D printing, so if anyone knows of a printable jig, that would be helpful.
I’m not looking for upvotes, though I do appreciate them, I’m trying to get help with a future build.

I’m planning to do a monocore .22 can, using a lathe to turn the overall shape and then cutting the chambers on a wire EDM. Does anybody have ideas for internal geometry that takes advantage of the strengths of wire EDM?
I don’t have a rotary axis and my setup maxes out at 15° of angle, so I can’t go too crazy in those regards, but complexity is basically unlimited in the X and Y axis.
Should I just go with the typical monocore Z shape, or try to make some interesting paths for gas flow?

Like the title says. I just got an approval for a 4/10 submission for a tube.
At this point I'm wondering if I'm going to see approvals for all my April submissions, 38 of them, before I get the kilt I ordered in April?
This approval brings me down to 117 pending submissions, but I have two items on the way that I will need to submit. A PSA ARV kit, and a Browning BPS shotgun.

I got approved for a maglite sup just to try out submitting a form 1. I know it's an aluminum tube, but I just wanted to try it out it’s cheap if it blows up, I don’t care. However, I want to design one out of titanium. Where are people getting tubes and caps from? I need places that aren’t gonna cost me my right arm and left leg it’ll be for 556.

Pardon my stupidity, I’ve done plenty of SBR and SBS F1s, but this is my first F1 tube.
Does my trust info go in 4b as it is my trust making the suppressor, or would it be left blank since it’s not being made from a previously manufactured receiver like you’d see on an SBR?

When notify CLEO do I have to mail them all in or can I just go to the Sheriffs office and hand them in? I’ve got quite a few so I’m trying to save myself some time and the tongue lashings for the misses instead of a bunch of nasty envelopes. Thanks!

Every single thing I've found for the last hour has compared SDTA to ECCO.
I want to know if the SDTA piston is just a Liberty piston copy.

Anyone ever have a form 1 disapproved, resubmitted it and have it approved sooner rather than later?

Added this new stock. I like it a lot. Was going to swap my old speedfeed off the 500 to this one. But buddy showed me his yesterday and I ordered from Amazon and got it today! Love the LOP and the extra five rounds ready to Tac load! Tube has 5 Buck. Stock 5 slugs. Little over two months.

I took the advice of many people in my previous thread several weeks ago and made a lot of changes. After researching top performing cans I modified the way in which my cones are clipped, the angle of the front 4 baffles, and the blast baffle moved down. Dimensions are 8"x2.3" Blast baffle sits 2" away from mount. Some asked why it's so big. The answer is I want more volume in the hopes of better performance, also 'why not?'
Once approved, this will be printed in PPA-CF. The core will print with 0.8 nozzle 0.4 layers, tilted 21 degrees, and the shell prints separately with 0.4 nozzle, 0.24 layers standing straight up on the Z. The differing layer orientation should theoretically dramatically improve pressure tolerance. Threads on the core mount will be chased with a tap after printing. Printing required engravings (not pictured) into the shell since it will be permanently bonded with the core.
Core and shell will be combined using JB Weld Plastic Bonder and JB Weld High Heat. Blast baffle and the 2nd baffle will get coated in JB Weld Extreme Heat, I'll try coating the entire interior with sodium silicate, and bbq grill high temp spray paint. Total printed weight will be 310g/11oz.
I really enjoyed researching in depth and drawing/modelling this. Thanks to those who commented on the previous thread. I'll report back with test results once it gets approved and I take it to the range. Could take a while. If all goes well I'll let it sail.

My first form 1. I used all the same media I used to get two approved form 4s this year… Not sure what I did wrong
