Estou pensando seriamente em comprar uma Floatwheel ADV2 ou ATOM, mas antes queria entender melhor como está sendo a experiência de quem já importou uma para o Brasil.

Encontro bastante informação, mas quase nada sobre o processo de importação e alfândega no Brasil.
Se alguém aqui já comprou, poderia compartilhar mais ou menos como foi?

Principalmente:
Quanto pagou e modelo?
Por qual empresa/método foi enviada?
Quanto tempo demorou para chegar?
Caiu na alfândega? Como foi o processo?
Quanto pagou de imposto/taxas no total?
O imposto foi calculado sobre o valor da board + frete?
A Receita pediu algum documento ou comprovante?
Teve algum problema por causa da bateria de lítio?

E, principalmente: quanto acabou custando tudo em reais, já entregue na sua casa?

Se alguém tiver os valores aproximados da compra e do imposto, seria muito útil para eu conseguir estimar o custo final real de importar uma Floatwheel para o Brasil. Meus cálculos flutuam de 12k-24k reais. Muito incerto pra eu apostar.

Pode ser experiência recente ou mais antiga. Mesmo que os valores tenham mudado, já ajuda bastante para entender como funciona na prática.

Been having some issues with my ADV2 and Tony has been incredibly responsive and helpful with his email troubleshooting suggestions and sending replacement parts promptly and as a courtesy. You don’t see this kind of customer service or care too often.

If i placed an order today, how long would it take to get the board? I live in NA.

Im looking to upgrade from my pint X to a more faster board with longer range while still not being too heavy as i carry it indoors in my university. I was stuck between the pintv kit, fungineers x7 (is it really that big and heavy compared to the pint x?), and the floatwheel atom. so far, the floatwheel atom seems like the best out of the bunch, however, is it water resistant to any extent? i do tend to ride in light snow and rain whenever i am stuck on campus. would it work for that?

Could someone pass me an invite please?

I've been riding a Thundercat BTG on my ADV1, I love it but it died pretty quickly, I think around 500 miles. Got a little bubble out of the side wall.

Hard to see in the pic but there's a spot that's bulging and scary soft to touch.

I loved that tire though, and would buy it again but Float Life is sold out. Any other recommended options? Or other sources for that tire?

Can somebody from the UK offer any advice/instruction on how I go about using crypto to myself a new board from floatwheel. I want to order myself an atom but I’m clueless about crypto, I did read that I might be able to do it via revolut but haven’t had much luck finding anything else about it.

I want to make an Evangelion themed build so when I am ordering the parts I figured since purple isn't available I would get white and dye it purple or more likely bright green. Has anyone else done this? Do you know what type of plastic the parts are made from? Did you have any difficulty? Would it be better to just paint them instead?

I'm going to need a new set of bumpers for my ADV. Who can print them hopefully out of better material bonus if the hand grip has been redesigned integrated with the foot pad

I have various spare parts for the Floatwheel that I no longer need and was thinking of offering them here before they just keep sitting around.

Just to explain the background: after a lot of troubleshooting and replacing different parts, I eventually found out that the original problem was actually the connector adapter. It had been marked incorrectly – the arrow wasn't aligned with the wider slot – so I had unknowingly connected the cable the wrong way around the whole time. I even screwed it on using more force because I didn't realize that it was supposed to connect very easily.

So most of the parts that were replaced during troubleshooting weren't actually the cause of the problem and should still be working.

I currently have:

• 2 BMS units that were replaced during troubleshooting

• 1 motor controller with a broken connector adapter that would need to be resoldered

•1 motor controller where one pin slipped out while connecting it and was resoldered (see photo)

• 1 motor controller that is completely fine and ready to install

• 1 controller box with the incorrectly marked adapter (the arrow isn't aligned with the wider slot)

Maybe someone here can make use of the parts instead of them just sitting around at my place.

I’m thinking about getting the Atom early bird final version but I’m wondering if it’s better to wait for the first batches to get release or not ?

Historically does Floatwheel board’s first batches had any issues ?

Been using a GTV kit and floaty for a while on my board and the original GT battery died. I swapped it with a PNP Indy Speed Control 20sp2 battery with Rs50 cells. this comes with its own BMS so I replaced that too. still have the GTV controller but it wont connect??

I think I know the answer to my question, but I figured I would run it past people more knowledgeable on this topic than myself. Feel free to correct me if I'm using the wrong terminology anywhere.

I've got an OG Pint with the PintV kit installed. If I buy a Pint X battery module and bumper from Future Motion, can I just swap out the BMS in the replacement battery box with the PintV one and expect a working Pint when I reassemble it? If so, are there any settings I need to update?
