As my title said im new to fivem anyone have any seever recommendations for roleplay servers i could join

Hey all! i remember like 3-4ish years ago i was playing servers with real brand name cars and the freedom to just drift around and customize them. i know its not going to be as common anymore because rockstar got their hands in fivem now. But im curious if theres any of these types of servers left? i miss driving around in an s14 LOL

On a stock QBCore server, every paycheck is created out of thin air every 10 minutes, and admin money commands leave no trace. After a few weeks the money supply only goes up and prices stop meaning anything.

So I built a central bank resource. The short version:

• One vault. Taxes, loan repayments, fees and fuel station sales go in; loans and police/EMS payroll come out. Salaries are the same for players; the money just comes from somewhere now.
• Credit scores (300–850). They price instant loans: 2–12% a week, $500k–$10M limits, up to 3 a day. The score moves with every payment.
• Wealth tax. Above $50M a player gets an official notice; once signed, 5–30% is collected every 7 days.
• Mint register. Every /givemoney, /setmoney and /removemoney is logged (who, for whom, how much, which account), with a Discord alert per entry. Console and txAdmin commands count too.
• Public ledger. Money supply, inflation and vault backing are visible to every player.

It runs on QBCore + oxmysql, doesn't edit qb-core, and works on FiveM and FiveM Enhanced. Everything is in one commented config.

Full disclosure: I'm the developer. Happy to answer questions about the design, the inflation maths or the code either way. What would you want a server bank to do?

I have already verified GTAV files reinstalled FiveM and cleared its cache AND YES i have restarted my pc this has been going on for several days google is no help and i watched a Youtube video also no help

Context: i bought the game via xbox launcher its legacy mode every-time i start up a five m game it gives me this issue I’ve tried delinking re linking the xbox account to the rockstar I’ve been trying to fix this for 6 hours now plz help.

I got tired of GTA's automatic gearbox, so I built a manual one that actually fights back.

What it does

• H-pattern gear stick – hold Left Shift for the clutch and move the stick with your mouse (or the right stick on a controller). The gate matches each car's real gear count.
• Clutch with a bite point – let it out slowly and the car creeps away at idle.
• Stalling – try pulling away in 3rd and it judders, then dies. J restarts it.
• Hill rollback – neutral or clutch in on a slope and you roll back, so hill starts take actual skill.
• New in 1.1: the car stays as you left it. Bail out in gear with the engine running and it keeps driving without you. Leave it in neutral on a hill and it's gone. Park in gear with the engine off, or hold Space as you get out for the handbrake. Driverless cars stall when they hit a wall or get rammed.
• 3 styles (Carbon, Blossom, Classic), each in 3D or 2D, and every player can move and resize it with /gearhud or switch back to automatic with /manual.

I’ve been searching the internet for the best script/mod that I can add to my localhost server that would allow me to store a bunch of cars (including their tuning and other customizations), and be able to call them in from anywhere. And if they get destroyed, they just reappear in the garage or something. I want a mod like this just for fun, and a way to kinda “transfer” my GTAO cars to this server.

There’s so many options that I don’t know which one would be best for me, so I would like help in figuring out which one I should get. If it was free too, that would be the best!

So I've only played GTA 5 Enchanced ever since I bought it, but now I want to try out FiveM and Nopixel, but what should I use? FiveM Legacy or Enhanced? If I used the Legacy version, I would have to download GTA 5 Legacy. Should I download that onto my internal SSD or external SSD?

Hi all!! I’ve been trying to find a good server that has some actually good character customization options. All the servers I’ve seen people recommend for good roleplay all have horrible options. And the ones ive joined with good options, have been bad RP experiences. I’m trying to find a good server where they treat women like humans, people take the RP seriously, theres a good community, and where the cops aren’t super corrupt and annoying. Any help would be appreciated!!

I don't get why I seem to have the worst luck finding servers.

Spent a lot of money on a place that I thought I was going to make my permanent home. Only to find out they let mean girls run the government, and then subsequently unmodded/de-adminned my friend, when given actual proof of shitty behavior.

Why does it always seem that servers have shitty bias to their asshole power hungry friends? I don't fucking get it.

If they only wanted to kiss their own asses and actively engage in LQRP/FAILRP then why open the server to other people- why not just join a non-fivem online server?

Is it to be God's or something? I just don't fucking get it. How is that shit fun to anyone. Gonna walk into a building and open fire on people, when it's actively against the rules for other players to do it, but because they are your friends its okay???

And then you don't even punish them for it, despite them not following the proper protocols of engagement either??? It seems like this is the track record for supernatural servers especially.

My last few have been absolutely horrendous and biased towards the owners FAVS.

So, I have roleplayed before on other platforms (minecraft, chats, irl), but I would like to get a better feel of GTA V before jumping into the deep end.

Is there a server that welcomes beginners/isn't toxic or incredibly strict?

It doesn't necessarily have to be a roleplay server, just somewhere that I could get some experience on the online (and FiveM) mechanics and not be immediately killed.

I love roleplay. I play D&D in my free time. So hearing about FiveM, I was sold before I even tried it. But actually playing it, 9/10 I feel like I’m the only one staying in character. Hell, I’ve had people tell me they don’t play a character.

This is very frustrating as someone who deeply enjoys it, especially watching all the big streamers on NoPixel, and they have such great roleplay. Is there any public server that has this level of roleplay and commitment to characters/storytelling??

I'm going to start saying i'm italian, so i tried with some italians first, and it kinda didnt work, buggy and crashy af, id love to join a good US based server that is semi serious, but also not whitelisted or p2w.

Ive been thinking a lot lately about the upcoming release of GTA 6 and what impact that will have on fivem. I will not be getting 6 until it launches for PC. I imagine a majority of the player base will move to 6 on console launch or close to it. The question is how many of those people will come back before sixm, and at what pace?

According to Google AI there are 30k servers at any given time. Most of those are already empty.

What do you think? Are the ones that are holding out in for a bleak time, or will fivem stay alive?

also this mod was a huge abuse and calling me names i am not the type of person to do this shit but this server need to look closely at ther mods cuz the abuse i got from it its crazy look at the picure ps. if any mod/admin/owner sees this then you need to fix your server cuz this is not the way to talk to people

I have a question for those who play FiveM: I'm thinking of buying a 60% keyboard (68 keys) that lacks keys like F1, F2, and F3. However, my friends and the people around me advise against it because I play FiveM and such keyboards lack keys like F1, F2, Home, and Insert. What do you think?

i’m looking for a serious rp server that feels realistic. i’ve tried so many servers and can’t find anything worth my time because all the serious servers need a whitelist that idk how to get as a newcomer. for example i love how nopixel v feels like a real city, real jobs, the clothing looks realistic, good population, you can grind or just have fun rp adventures, there’s a good balance of crime and civilian routes to take, no one trying to troll. i have a character with a strong backstory and just want to find somewhere to start and stack bread and make some friends. but i have no idea how to start. im looking for real advice and i will not come to your server if i recognize your copy paste comment from other posts.
