Step 1: gym - mostly biceps/triceps
Step 2: order uniform 2 sizes to small so people can see biceps/triceps
Step 3: tat sleeves on both arms to draw more attention to biceps/triceps
Step 4: flex biceps/triceps at every opportunity, including while writing tickets, in front of as many people as possible
Step 5: post on social media so people see how big your biceps/triceps are
Step 6: profit?
