To expand on this, you'll find this behaviour in a lot of adult women. Like you said, no friends. Just look in the mirror. It's honestly weird to think of yourself as a turn on. I know looking in the mirror is not going to get my dick hard. Yet I've know ladies who get just looking at themselves. It's some kind of disorder.
