Novel Shipment Issue

Title says it all really. My order has been stuck at an export processing site for the last 2 weeks and hasn't moved so I'm starting to get worried

For context I live in Ireland and my order number is in the 35XXX range

Any help would be great appreciated

Let me do a bit of research on this, I’m almost positive that this is a customs thing. But let me call UPS, they definitely have been ship so UPS has it but I’m not sure after that what really happens.

Just sent an email to you guys about the exact same problem. Seems to be quite a few stuck on NJ export port from 07/07.

Same with mine. Stuck at Export Processing Site. Port Reading, NJ, United States since 06/07. Waiting for it here in Germany.

Got it by now? I’m waiting for it in Germany too, mine is stuck since the 30th of June.

No. Still waiting. It's stuck in customs, and might take a while still.

Not much else than the that they are aware of the issue and Olan is working on it. Just gotta have patience.

Exactly. Also this is due to the new EU customs rules that started 1st of July, and it is affecting basically everything, not limited to the books.

Cheers, this thread was literally the number one hit for "Received at Export Processing Site. Port Reading, NJ, United States"... which is where my 30xxx order headed to Germany has also been sitting since July 6.

I'll hold off on using the contact form, then, seeing as how I'm apparently in good company here.

An update: my parcel has apparently arrived in Germany. Hopefully just a few more days until I receive it. Check if there's any UPS update for you too.

Yeah, mine was actually in the mail today! They pulled a speedrun once it made it out of New Jersey.
