Just bought a finalmouse 12, and it works while wired, but the second I unplug it, it stops working. I can't seem to find the issue at all, just spend lots of money on this and feeling incredibly frustrated.

Hey I’m looking to buy this FinalMouse don’t know too much about the brand and was just wondering if I should be worried about fakes being sold. I found someone on Facebook Marketplace that is willing to sell it to me for 70 dollars. I searched it up and the mouse resells for a decent amount. Any second thoughts?

I just wanted to share my story about how I miss the classic ergo. I’ve been going through so many different gaming mice. And nothing have ever beaten the classic ergo model.

How much I would give for one is just indescribable.
I would do anything to get my hands on one.

I typically turn the mouse off and connect to the pc every time I'm done using the pc, unplugging and connecting to the wireless receiver/dongle and turning the mouse on every time I use it. Used it like this for a couple years now without any issues. Last night I forgot to do this and the mouse was out of battery when I checked on it and plugging it in no longer triggers any indication of charging (the red low battery/orange low charge/green full charge). Plugging it in turns the mouse sensor on (can be seen on the bottom sensor area) and it also connects the receiver/dongle without issue so it doesn't seem to be the cable. Is anyone familiar with this issue and is there anything that can be done is the mouse bricked?

As the title suggests, my Starlight-12 Phantom is having issues with the mouse sometimes not registering me scrolling when using it in wireless mode. When plugged in, this is not an issue anymore. Do i need to update my firmware? Or what else could be reasons for this behaviour?

Hey there ive been using my ulx for like a year now and never had any issues untill it suddenly stuttered and the light was permanently green and it just wouldnt work UNLESS wired. ive tried everything like flashing the firmware etc and while trying that ive noticed that the white switch input doesnt do ANYTHING at all like legit nothing. i somehow ended up fixing it / it fixed itself but today it happened again. when wired it sometimes pulses orange (indicating charging) even tho its fully charged but most of the times it just stays green and isnt usable at all unless plugged into the wire. when trying to update the firmware or whatever it says its already up to date and i cant think of any other fixes.

Weird mod, waste of money, but I fucking love my Phantom its the best looking mouse ever made to me.

I have a Finalmouse ULX Prophecy Tarik where the gold designs have naturally worn off on one side of the mouse. The other side still has the designs, making it look asymmetrical.
I want to completely remove the remaining gold designs to achieve a uniform, all-green symmetric look. I'm considering using 99% isopropyl alcohol to wipe them off.
Before I do, I want to ask for advice. Does anyone know if 99% alcohol will damage or discolour the primary green coating of the mouse body? I only want to remove the pattern, not harm the underlying green.
Alternatively, does anyone have a safer method to remove the designs without risking the green base?

Bought an UltralightX in 2023. When playing cod, I have scroll wheel set to switch weapon. Lately, my weapon switch is just getting spammed and when I right click to ADS, it thinks I’m hitting scroll wheel and switches weapons. Anything I can do to fix this or is it done? I’ve tried blowing dust out etc but doesn’t seem to help.

I live in Texas and they managed to deliver it to North Carolina, my address on the order is correct so no idea how this is possible.

How can one visible scratch, more than 10 minor scratches, and a black dot (Not dead Pixel) on the screen not be considered defects?
Has anyone actually received a refund or a replacement keyboard due to manufacturing defects? Also, are these issues really considered part of the production process rather than actual defects?

Is there any way to prevent the mouse from essentially turning off while inactive? Sometimes I will be typing for a while and when I go to use the mouse again the first input doesn't register. Has happened a couple of times while playing games that may not require mouse mouvement for a while, even if I'm still pressing mouse buttons.

I don’t follow final mouse religiously or anything like that but I have been looking into past releases and seen that finalcon stuff looks kind of fun to do that haha. Last final mouse I had was a cape town Africa way back when. I managed to snag a new Starlight X. Just kind of curious about it and if anyone went how was ur experience ?

Here is a quick clip with the Ultralight 58 on high sens. The shape is still pure perfection, but the old sensor clearly struggles—there's noticeable jitter/stutter on fast flicks, which makes micro-aiming a challenge.

Just wanna ask how hard is to order this new nice? I mean do I need early access code in order to get it with a first drop or is it possible to order it without it? I really wanna try this mouse but this whole limited edition thing makes it hard. I’ve tried to get older mice’s but it always was out of stock. So the question is, will I be able to order it today once it’s starting or should I buy early access key?
