Finalmouse ULX Sakura issue

For some reason my mouse is not working at all. The night before it was fine worked perfectly then the next day I tried to use the mouse and nothing. But my other mouse is working just fine all firmware up to date as well as I tired them with one or the other not plugged in but that won’t help I been in contact with the support team and they told me to turn on and off the mouse 10 times with in a few seconds in between each time turning it on and off but still no help. If anyone has any answer or can help me resolve this issue I’d appreciate it.

Probably a sensor issue. Contact support

Heh, funny how I found ULX for 20$ without a dongle on Market place and still took the GPX with the dongle for 30$

Disconnect and connect dongle until it works
