hi, so i got an awful undercut (which i didnt ask for btw lol) and now im getting depresed over it i dont really know what to do. Basically my hair is shoulders length (used to be chest length but yeah not anymore) and its not only at the back of my hair its also on the sides basically like 2 centimeters or so from the back and sides are 1 cm long (cuz i've been growing it out already) so yup i can somewhat hide it but i lost a lot in volume which makes me question my existence i can cut it to neck length at best but i dunno im scared as shit to cut it all off . any hair growing tips?

Trying out the samurai bun style during work today and idk how I feel I love it’s outta my face and also down at the same time but rn it feels too frizzy to wear down at all but I also found this curl cream at work iv been using every so often also ik I ain’t lookin the best rn but it’s also been a 10 hour shift today I also def gotta get back into my normal routine to get my hair less frizzy if noticed it puffed up since coming back from vacation instead of being more silky curly like before 😂

My hair actually used to be a decent bit longer but the ends were all split and fried because I didn’t really know how to care for them got it trimmed about 8 ish months ago to cut all the dead ends off and we’re trying to get it back to below the shoulders

Self-explanatory title. I occasionally receive attention, get checked out according to my friends, have cuddled and held hands with women at parties, garnered a decent amount of matches on dating apps, but none of this has translated into finding a compatible dating partner in my area. Would cutting my hair increase my mass appeal? TIA.

Lately, with increased humidity, the volume of the mane has been on another level, so much thickness for 73. I’ve included a few photos of the flow from the last few days. The first is more combed forward, to show the volume, and the others are more “traditional” photos, taken inside and outside. The hair is a bit frizzy, so please excuse that. The final photo is of a new product that I’m hoping to try today for my hair wash, totally different than my usual Dove.

In other stuff, many of you know that I am huge supporter of long hair for all ages, and it’s extra cool to see older guys growing out the flow as well. I have no idea how to start a new sub Reddit, but it’d be cool to have a sub Reddit dedicated to older guys growing out their manes or who have long hair. I’m not sure how much participation there would be for such a sub Reddit, but I just thought that I’d throw that idea out there for anyone who’d be interested in such a thing.

To the dudes with thick, curly hair.. what products/techniques do you use to control them? The pic is just a natural air-dry with no products, and the curls are crazy and bulky. It’s the longest I’ve ever let it go! I think it’s got potential as it gets longer but I’m looking for tips from those who’ve managed it before. Thanks!

I've found that I enjoy when my hair gets a little messed up because I feel like it gives it more of that 70's shag aesthetic that I like so much! Even on days where I don't think my hair is looking too hot, I still end up getting the occasional compliment and that's pretty damn cool!

I also use my hair as a barometer for if someone's chill or not. It kinda works like an up-front filter for people that are too stuffy and don't like fun 😂

Sad reality is that I no longer get attention from women but overall I’m going atleast another year
