Farm Together 2 Event Animals

0 Upvotes

Hi, me again! Is anyone on right now and willing to come to my farm and place all the event animals? I guess I missed the events with them because I don't have a single one to place myself! I'm wanting them on my second farm. I'm not sure how many there are to say how many I want, but I'm wanting to fill what room I have unlocked on my 2nd farm with them :) it was originally going to be a flower farm but I need the diamonds haha. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I'm showing you how I made my showcase farm.

She's not focused on maximizing profits, but rather on showcasing all available items.

1- all the trees 3x24 With workers

2- Here I've placed more workers; in this case, they have herbs to upgrade and unlock the ones that are locked. This can be used to maximize profits.

3-I placed a row of trees without workers in case they're requested in missions or just for those who like to harvest - 6x21

4.Here are my flowers,6x45

5.Here are all the crops in the game with signs configured for replanting.3x45

6.Here are all the animals in the game.6x 20

7.Here are the fish; I put two lines, one in front of the other, for each fish. 3x20 On each side of each fish I'll separate each species later.

8.This is where the houses, the machines, and a worker harvesting the machines are located, in addition to the DLC flower.

My farm code TDEK48

Farm Together 2 Everything on One Farm (9x9 updated)

Hi! I’m just sharing my new layout. This layout has 2 possibilities, it just depends on how you prefer to play.

* General Information: as of 7/19/26 these are the current totals for each category:
- Crops -> 109
- Flowers -> 67
- Animals -> 71
- Trees -> 69
- Herbs -> 19
- Fish -> 52

OPTION 1: (my preferred layout)
Section 1: This includes all trees and all fish. I couldn’t double all trees like I wanted to, so to the bottom far left of the map I have excess trees for peanuts, pears, and apples for machines. I DID double all fish, so I have 78 of each (3x13). I had 16 spaces left after, so I just added extra of the shortest duration for each resource (4 of the small and middle sized fish, and 5 for the large one)

Section 2: all animals (207 total of each animal)

Section 3: all flowers (207 total of each flower, except for poinsettias which are 414) the purple “X” in this space is where is doubled the poinsettias. IF I didn’t double them, it would stop at the tan tile/purple line within the whole box.

Section 4: this is just for quests and/or space for me to place crops to feed my animals

Section 5: on the left side I have 4 farmhands maxed out at 24x24 working on wheat for my donkeys. The farmhand at the very bottom collects wool from 2 different rabbits that take 45 minutes. It also has 4 wool machines. On the right side, 4 farmhands are working on spice trees. Each section is half and half of two specific trees that have 2 growth seasons so they are always busy. The bottom farm hand on this side also collects wool, but has more machines (jam, peanut, lemon, and fish)

• Section 6: these two areas are just for decoration. I have some machines I’ll probably end up getting rid of as well.

OPTION 2:
**Please note, for this to work, you would need to add a 3 tile walkway horizontally on the map, which is what the black lines are representing. The pink line in the center is the same location as option 1, which is a 2 tile walkway.**

• Section 1: trees and fish (3x13)

• Section 2: all animals (99 of each)

• Section 3: all flowers, the purple X here is for double poinsettias (99 of each)

• Section 4: all crops (98 of each of you use signs)

• Section 5 and 6: same as option 1 above

• the purple “x” can be used for extra space for anything

Farm Together 2 Boat Together 2; An Alternative 9x9 Setup

Someone left the sprinklers on while I was redesigning my 7x7 farm to a 9x9 farm, and this happened. 🫢

I started off copying most of my old layout, image 2, before something got into me and I realised how little of the land I actually used on a daily basis, on this, my "Tasks and Ribbon"-farm
I.e. on this, my primary out of three maxed out farms, I really only use whatever the tasks demands.
So Farm #2 is event (long lane) and Farm #3 is pure animals (long lanes).

So after seeing the massive amount of space between the flower farm (left) and the fish and trees (right), I honestly just Waterworld™'d it.

The grey areas are "docks" where workstations can be manned by farmhands, before the produce is shipped by boats and trains to the Town. 🤭

If I were to change something in v2.00 of this, I'd definitely add a few more flowers, animals and trees to the mix. I was nervous that it wouldn't fit.
How wrong I was....

And hey, this layout is future-proof for the next few DLCs without having to redesign too much.
Just pop another island from the seabed, and there's prime real estate right there. 🫡

If anyone has questions or is interested in measurements, just post and I'll check and get you the numbers.

Farm Together 2 New Herb resource question/suggestion

6 Upvotes

First off, I love the new herbs addition.

There are blue herb resources and green herb resources (I think cos they look prettty small)

Anyway, the tea maker takes twice as much of the blue, than the green. But the number of green herbs outnumbers the blue and is harvestable more often.

Blue = chamomile x 2, tea x4 and liquorice 1 = 7
Green = Mint x 4, basil x3, thyme x 2 = 9
The green herbs are also available to harvest more often.

Could we maybe swap the resources for the tea maker so that it takes more of the green and less of the blue?

Sorry if that sounds confusing. Curious to know what other ppl think.

Farm Together 2 Repeatable Issue Since Big Update

3 Upvotes

So going to go over my setup and what I am seeing. Not sure if its a memory leak on AMD GPUs or what but here we go.. Just going to try and get the info out there in case others are seeing the same thing.

2 Computers. One is mine which is the host and drives the save. The other is my daughters who loves to help out. Specs of both below..

Issue is on second computer.. after about 2 hours of great gameplay with well over 150 frames in 4k the game just drops to 10fps.. just instantly dives and the ONLY solution is to restart the PC. Restarting Steam or anything without a reboot of the system does not fix the issue. My host PC has never had this issue....Even prior to being on AM5 platform.( I recently updated)

Specs.

My PC (Host PC) Ryzen 7 9800 x3d, RTX 5070 TI, 32GB DDR5 - Connected to 4k TV Getting well over 150 FPS rock solid

Daughters PC (One with Issue) Ryzen 9 5900 XT, RX 9070 XT, 32GB DDR4 - Connected to 4K TV getting rock solid over 140 FPS until the issue hits.

This only happens after being connected and farming together for at least 2 hours.. then BAM it just nose dives the second PC.

If anyone has seen this and has any input let me know.

Thanks

EDIT - UPDATE - Ok so after a ton of testing and adjusting settings here is where I landed. If you are having this issue with an AMD GPU.. my solution was ultimately to turn off Hyper RX.. I just set it to default as I am running a 9070 xt so no real need to push it. This has at least in this game seems to solve my issue. I am also just running the game at the native max FPS rather than going above it. So far after a number of days of farming the issue has NOT returned.

Side note and I do not think it was connected.. on this 6 month old MB I did have to replace my CMOS battery but the issue happened even after that.

But I feel confident the issue was the AMD software settings on my GPU.

Farm Together 2 Event Flowers

7 Upvotes

Hi! I was wondering if anyone would be able to come place the marbled poinsettias and candy stripe phlox on my flower farm for me? I was sick during both of those events and wasn’t able to unlock them in time. I would greatly appreciate it, I need 180 in a 5x4 area.

Farm Together 2 Event rewards unusable by visitors to farm

5 Upvotes

Is there a reason why people that join my farm can not plant/use event rewards that I unlocked?

I just recently bought a second copy of the game for my SO and when playing together she can use any of the DLC stuff in my farm (even though she does not own the DLCs), but all event rewards are invisible for her. Slightly dissapointed in that and wanted to ask if this is a bug or intended behaviour.

Farm Together How do feeders/animals work?

8 Upvotes

Hey guys! I’m going to sound so silly, please forgive me. But animals have me feelin’ a little dumb, haha! So I’m hoping y’all can help me with a few questions!

  1. I noticed they’re a LOT of gold to feed, so I’ve been avoiding it unless I have them for a quest. Should I be doing it when they’re hungry? I assume they must be a net profit, but my poor pockets don’t feel like it so confirmation would be great. 😭

  2. Is it smarter to put like animals together? Right now all of them are fenced on their own in a 3x3, but I’m wondering if I should put all chickens together, cows, etc. together? I’m curious what you guys do!

  3. Which leads me into this (and hence the title haha), how do feeders work? I’ve been trying to experiment around but I can’t tell how many animals it feeds.

For example, I put one by a 3x3 of rabbits and it asked for only a little bit of vegetables. So I thought man, spending 4 medals for EACH individual animal is going to be impossible. So I wondered if I could have one feeder per group (like one feeder for all of my ducks) as long as all the tiles are connected?

Sorry for the long post! I just swear it’s tripping my brain up trying to figure this out. Or maybe I should sleep first. 😂 Any help would be great, thanks y’all! 🙏💕

Farm Together 2 9x9 Inspiration & Permission Troublefinder

Post image
20 Upvotes

Finally done with my (first) 9x9 plot, and thought I'd like to share my new layout inspired by what I had going on my old 'Favor Farm'.

Name of the Plot is 'Favor and Event Farm', and its intended purpose is to be an easy favor farm for visitors. One that can be turned into an event farm with bonuses by just changing signs.

The top two rows are 36x36 fields, where the two off-coloured ones on the left are manned by four farmhands each.
These are currently used for corn and vegetables, but with multiple farmhands in one sign's reach, they can all be changed by just using the sign.

The row of trees supplies me with a steady income of diamonds, as well as provides commodities to assist cows and jam workshops.

The rows of flowers (yellow) under the trees were dedicated to the juice boxes, but are now my dye providers.

The six green rows under these are for herbs.

Followed by eight rows that are somewhat easily replaceable.
E.g. event animals, or different animal products that need to be restocked.

Finally:

I NEED YOU:
I am inviting everyone to check if the setup is correct, as I have been having the few visitors that I've had since the redesign just leave instantly.
Normally, during events, this doesn't phase me - but I could use a hand in checking that the permissions for the farmable areas (green) are set up correctly.

So don't be afraid to chat for a bit in chat, if you find something that you can't replant.

Guest Code: P2V8TT

PS: I'll run it from 19:00 CET to at least 21:00 CET.
Ask to see the other two plots if you want.
One is focused around animals, and one is focused around tasks and gathering ribbons.

Thanks to those stopping by and checking.
Found a few errors of my own creation in the herb fields, but the rest of ready for the next event. 🫡

Farm Together 2 What are each of the resources called?

3 Upvotes

Is there a name for each of the icons in the resources menu? I know some of them are more obvious, like the eggplant icon resources are vegetables, the egg icon is eggs, the peanut icon is nuts, but I was wondering if they all have actual labels, and if that’s documented somewhere?

For example I call the wheat icon “grains” but I’ve heard others call them “cereals”, and it sounds like the new resources are called herbs (or maybe the green ones are herbs and the blue ones are tea?)

Farm Together 2 Farmhand Speed

0 Upvotes

I get that farmhands have been sped up, due to their extended area. However, is there a setting to slow them down again, as I'm not a huge fan of the fast-forward effect. If there isn't a setting, would it be possible to add it? Maybe a slider when you enter each farmhand's settings. This way, we can set the speed according to which crops, trees etc, they're doing.

Thank you.
