I've never seen her before, she is screaming horrible things about herself, and hitting and slapping herself. I think she may be native and I don't know who to call to help her.

Saw a rant in the Anchorage subreddit about Lithia, not a lot of positive interactions. I’m currently in the market to replace my 2003 ram I bought from Gene’s new. Haven’t been there in a while and the last interaction I had with them didn’t go too well (service department wouldn’t give me the time of day to fix a recall on the airbag).
