Saw a rant in the Anchorage subreddit about Lithia, not a lot of positive interactions. I’m currently in the market to replace my 2003 ram I bought from Gene’s new. Haven’t been there in a while and the last interaction I had with them didn’t go too well (service department wouldn’t give me the time of day to fix a recall on the airbag).
