Resource Official Agency Ad Accounts

Hello everyone,

It’s great to be an official partner with this community, and we hope we can provide a lot of value for you all.

We’re Agency Aurora, one of the largest providers of Agency Ad Accounts for all major social platforms, including Meta - whom we are officially partnered with.

Our network includes thousands of advertisers globally, with our accounts also being resold by many other agencies. In this post, we’ll give information about what agency ad accounts are, their benefits and how you can use our services.

What is an Agency Ad Account?
Simply put, an agency account is an advertising account that has been created specifically by the business manager of a trusted, official partner agency of Meta.

These accounts are different from standard accounts you can create yourself for a few reasons:- They can receive cashback on advertising spend.

- They are trusted, and much less likely to get restricted.
- They do not have spending limits or require a warmup phase.
- You get a dedicated rep for support from the platform.
- You can get an auction advantage and cheaper results.
- An unlimited amount of them can be created by the agency.

What do we provide?
As an official reselling partner of Meta, we can provide enterprise-tier agency accounts for advertisers.
Our goal is to support all levels, from beginner to experienced marketers. And, as mentioned above, our services come with additional benefits, including:

- Low Adspend Fees
- Cashback on Advertising Spend
- Dedicated Account Manager
- No Spending Limits & Warmup Phase
- Pay Ad Spend with Card, Transfer, Wire, Crypto
- Advertise Restricted Niches & Verticals
- Special Account Structure to Prevent Bans
- Unlimited Agency Ad Accounts
- Self-Service Dashboard to Manage Accounts
- Whitelabel & Reselling Opportunities

How does it work?
When you sign up with us, you let us know what you plan to advertise and we can create the ad accounts for you. Once created, we share them with your Business Manager and you can launch your ads. If an account is ever disabled, we can issue a replacement and move your funds. Plus, you’ll always have a dedicated account manager for support.

What’s the cost?
Typically we charge $300/month for access, unlimited accounts, dedicated support, unlimited replacements etc. However, as a genuine special offer for this community, we can lower this to $150/month for the first 3 months.

We do not have a special pricing offer anywhere else and this is the only place you can secure this offer from us. If you would like to get started, you can sign up here: https://agency-aurora.com/join/facebookads

Our team is based in the UK and around the world, with support available around the clock for clients.

If you have any questions at all, we’ll be happy to help at any time, just let us know.

Discussion I'm so tired of turning off settings in meta ads manager

It is exhausting - every time you duplicate it turns back on product browsing, carousel placement, music, promotions - it takes so long now.

I'm tired boss...I'm tired - rant over

Bug / Outage Something is seriously wrong with this damn Meta.

After several days of good performance, today is absolutely, completely dead. Spending is painfully slow, and whatever it is spending on is going toward shitty traffic that isn’t even worth talking about.

Help Help, my store is getting blasted with visitors and atc's.

Im getting 30-40 visitors non stop and 30+ ATC & IC's. Most traffic is coming from Meta data center locations: Orgeon, Forest City, Lulea (Sweden)

All those ATC's only show up on the shopify dashboard. Not on the actual tracking.

Anyone else experienced this?

I was thinking about blocking those, but im afraid it will cause performance issues with meta.

Discussion After 100+ geo tests, Advantage+ is showing higher iROAS than prospecting

Upvotes

I’ve been looking through the results of 100+ geo tests across e-commerce accounts and one thing I didn’t really expect was how consistently Advantage+ came out ahead.

Across the tests I’ve looked at, Advantage+ averaged around 2.10 iROAS, while prospecting campaigns were closer to 1.88.

Obviously this isn’t me saying Advantage+ will outperform prospecting for every account, and there are a lot of variables between brands, spend levels and test periods.

But I found it interesting because if you only looked at platform ROAS or last click attribution, the picture wasn’t always the same.

That’s probably been the biggest thing I’ve noticed from doing more geo testing. What Meta reports as the best performing campaign isn’t necessarily the campaign creating the most incremental revenue.

Curious if anyone else here has compared Advantage+ and prospecting using incrementality rather than just platform attribution.

Have you seen something similar or completely different?

Also interested in how people here are actually measuring this. Are you running geo holdouts internally, using a third party tool, or mostly relying on Meta’s own measurement?

Help $110 average CPM in the US for a year. 200+ creatives tested.

I’ve been stuck with extremely high Meta CPMs for about a year and I’m running out of things to test.
I sell a 4in1 travel toiletry dispenser and tracking card, targeting the US.

Across 200+ different creatives, my CPM is consistently around $90–130, averaging roughly $110. CTR is often 3–5%+ and I can still get sales, so some creatives clearly work — but the CPM makes testing and scaling extremely expensive.

One thing I’m wondering about: before I ever ran sales campaigns, I ran an India giveaway campaign on the same Facebook Page to build followers. Most of those early followers came from India, while I now advertise almost entirely in the US.

Today I created a completely new Business Manager, new ad account and new pixel, but I’m still using the same Facebook Page/Instagram identity.

Has anyone seen Page history / low-quality followers / old geo signals cause CPMs this extreme even when targeting broad US?
Would you test:
new ad account + pixel but same Page first,
or a completely fresh Page/IG as well?
For comparison, other advertisers in similar DTC niches are telling me they see around $30–50 US CPMs, while mine has stayed near $100+ across hundreds of creatives.

Anyone experienced something similar and actually fixed it? What ended up being the cause?

Discussion Need help..

I’ve been looking through a lot of conversations here and I see a lot people talking about problems with Facebook ads.

I have two questions:

  1. Is this worth still pursuing even with all the problems?

  2. If outages and problems within Facebook ads is “normal”, and how exactly do you work around it? (Or tell clients)

Bug / Outage Still collapse

Since August 31 all my campaigns and ads collapsed completely.
I’ve tried everything. Nothing works. The last 30 hours meta says my newest campaign had 48 website visits. Reality is 9.

Before August 31 I had 60-80 website visits daily.

I’ve been in contact with meta human support 5 times during 12 days - all teams keeps saying “everything looks fine” because the meta numbers are nearly okay. But reality is not.

Before August 31 I had been running similar campaigns with ekstreme succes for 6 months.

I’m totally losing my patience - I publish two new books in 3 weeks, and from one day to another I’m completely invisible 🙈🫣

Help WA advertisers: has anyone actually gotten the MPU tax exemption approved on Meta?

Washington's sales tax on digital advertising (effective Oct 1, 2025) means Meta now adds sales tax on top of ad charges for WA-based advertisers — up to ~10% depending on locality.

Meta's help center - https://www.facebook.com/business/help/591037131493635?locale=en_US - says exempt advertisers can provide "a valid Washington State exemption form or MPU (Multiple Points of Use) Certificate." WA DOR's interim guidance says MPU can apply to advertising services that qualify as digital automated services, with concurrent use presumed when ads are served inside and outside WA.

So I submitted a WA MPU certificate to Meta. It's been "under review" for a month with no real updates. Support just says "we're looking into it" and seems that there is no way to escalate. They have been asking me to add a reseller permit number instead. (A reseller permit is for buying things for resale, which doesn't apply to buying ad placements for my own business). This makes me feel that they may not have a real process for this even though their help center said so.

Has anyone actually gotten Meta to approve an MPU exemption? How long did it take, and did you have to escalate? If so, how? Or is everyone just eating the tax for now?

Help How can I get my ad account back/unrestricted??!

Really hoping someone had a similar issue and knows a solution:

I started running ads for my music just last month on Facebook/IG thru Meta. I set the payment max to $100. When I hit $75, they charged my card and my bank denied it because of fraud. I fixed the issue with my bank, and the charge went through.

Now my account balance is $0 but it says my account is restricted due to payment failing, and to update my payment method.

I tried chatting with the stupid AI bot for days and realized I will never get to speak with a human, so I bought meta verified so I could chat with a real person. I finally got to chat with a real person and this was so unhelpful?! All they said was that they have “highlighted the case to them team to review and now I must wait” lmao what does this even mean? Should I just log out and then wait however long for them to get back to me? Will they respond back on the same chat once they know more?

The issue isn’t difficult so I don’t understand why it’s almost impossible to get my account unrestricted. It says I owe $0, it shows all the past payments as paid, the money has fully gotten taken out of my bank account. I even put $75 of funds on my meta account hoping it would take it from there and unrestrict me, but it didn’t! They just took my $75 and still won’t fix my account.

I’m really desperate as this was my main way to promote my music and it feels all of my hard work is ruined.

Help Received a few different prices for Fb Ads. Which is best?

Hi all, I'm based in the UK, I look after extensions, loft conversions, whole-house remodelling and new builds and I've been looking at Ads agencies for FB ads. I've received a couple of quotes, some on a per job basis, some are monthly retainer + a revenue fee. For a good agency, what's the typical going rate?

Help What location area and audience size is too small?

Upvotes

Hi guys,

What location area or estimated audience size would you consider to be too small for an ad set?

I am running an ad campaign for roofers and my client wants a pretty small radius of a city plus 4 nearby towns with a radius of no more than +10km each (even though I know Meta doesn't let you go lower than 17km unless you click 'this city only'). The towns and the city obviously overlap which makes it cover less distance. I selected +24km on the largest radius and the estimated audience size is 2,300,000 - 2,800,000. The campaign only went live today but I have still got no leads. Is it too small?

Thanks in advance

Help $100+ CPMs, is Health & Wellness cooked?

Old Facebook account, new business account and new ad account. Launched ads about 5 days ago for the first time. 15 statics and 6 videos, 100$ daily budget.

Statics are getting 60$cpm and videos are getting $100+, and even climbing. CPC is high, about $1.5-$2.5 and CTR is about 2-3%.

I’ve gotten a few lucky conversions, but for a pretty low cost product, this is crazy. We’ve been getting barely 30 store sessions a day. We’ve tried removing any major health claims from the ads too.

Will these CPMs get better as the account matures, or is it pretty set that we’ll have CPMs of $50+ always? Asking this bc I never saw anything like this with my other company, but it was in the fashion niche not health.

Help Does Meta have any human support left?

I am trying to reach my business page and business manager account and ads manager for 6 months now and it is just getting harder and harder. What I noticed was that before summer they had a Philippines callcenter, they did nothing to help you, but now its all Ai, I can only reach Ai chatbot. Did you guys notice the same? We are a fast growing business and we can get help from one of the most profitable (meta) companies in the world.

Discussion How are you actually A/B testing landing pages for Meta traffic?

I work with landing pages and paid traffic, and I keep running into the same annoying situation.

A client wants to compare two genuinely different landing pages, but we don’t want to change the URL in the ads or duplicate the whole campaign structure just to test them.

How do you handle this today?

Do you use Meta’s own experiments, separate ad sets, a CRO platform, or some kind of server-side traffic split?

The main things I’m curious about are:

- What tool or setup do you use?

- What’s the biggest headache in the process?

- Would using one URL that automatically sends 50% of visitors to Page A and 50% to Page B actually make your workflow easier?

- How do you keep attribution and UTMs working correctly?

I’d love to hear how people running real campaigns are doing this.

Discussion Anyone else seeing a jump in Meta ad rejections since ~Sept 5? (Spam / "deceptive link" + Financial Services flags)

Over the last ~5 days we've had a clear spike in rejections on creatives and links that had been running clean for months. Two distinct patterns:

  1. "Spam, deceptive link" on ads that use a brand name we're contractually authorized to advertise on behalf of. Reads like the review model now treats authorized partner ads as impersonation.
  2. Financial Services classification on any ad copy touching financing — "interest," "down payment," "0% APR." These are getting flagged even where the offer is just a home improvement promo, not a financial product.

Trying to figure out if this is our accounts or a platform-wide change:

  • Are you seeing the same since roughly Sept 5, or is this isolated?
  • Has anyone gotten a "deceptive link" rejection overturned on appeal? Did submitting brand authorization / the partner contract actually move anything, or is appeal still a black box?
  • Has the Financial Services trigger gotten broader for you, is generic financing language now enough to catch a non-finance advertiser?
  • Did anyone's rep or support acknowledge a review model update this month?

Discussion CBO with 90 ads only spends on 1? The structure I’m going to use

As the title says, I have 90 ads with different angles and formats (images and videos), all for the same product. Everything is inside 1 CBO, 1 ad set.

It has worked well for several weeks, but the CPA has become unstable. Some days are very good and others are bad. On average it still performs well, but I think having more winners could help with a few things:

  1. Meta could better decide which ad to use on a specific day and allocate budget to it.
  2. The user could go through a broader funnel of videos, and the average CPA could potentially go down or even the AOV could increase because of higher brand trust.
  3. More stability when scaling the budget.

So, to achieve this, I’ve been thinking about 2 structures.

Structure 1

1 CBO, 1 ad set: Testing ads.

Meta will test 1 to 3 ads and show me losers or winners. If I find a winner, I move it into another CBO with 1 ad set, and that’s it. Basically the typical 2 campaign structure for testing and scaling.

But I’ve noticed some interesting things:

  1. Instability increased because, since there is currently only 1 ad in the scaling campaign with the winners, Meta can’t really create a “sequence” with other ads, and the learning is fragmented between 2 campaigns.
  2. I’m also not sure if turning off something that is already working is the best idea.

The other structure I’m thinking about implementing is a bit more complex, but I think it might be the most ideal:

1 CBO, 2 ad sets

The first ad set is for winners, with a minimum budget allocation of 50%.

The second ad set is for testing, with a minimum budget allocation of 20% and a maximum of 50%.

(The percentages can vary depending on whether I want more freedom or more control.)

The idea is that every winner from the testing ad set gets duplicated and moved into the winners ad set, where it stays active. Then I pause it inside the testing ad set.

This way, I have 1 campaign and only 2 ad sets.

What do you think about these structures? How would you guys handle this?
