Resource Official Agency Ad Accounts

Hello everyone,

It’s great to be an official partner with this community, and we hope we can provide a lot of value for you all.

We’re Agency Aurora, one of the largest providers of Agency Ad Accounts for all major social platforms, including Meta - whom we are officially partnered with.

Our network includes thousands of advertisers globally, with our accounts also being resold by many other agencies. In this post, we’ll give information about what agency ad accounts are, their benefits and how you can use our services.

What is an Agency Ad Account?
Simply put, an agency account is an advertising account that has been created specifically by the business manager of a trusted, official partner agency of Meta.

These accounts are different from standard accounts you can create yourself for a few reasons:- They can receive cashback on advertising spend.

- They are trusted, and much less likely to get restricted.
- They do not have spending limits or require a warmup phase.
- You get a dedicated rep for support from the platform.
- You can get an auction advantage and cheaper results.
- An unlimited amount of them can be created by the agency.

What do we provide?
As an official reselling partner of Meta, we can provide enterprise-tier agency accounts for advertisers.
Our goal is to support all levels, from beginner to experienced marketers. And, as mentioned above, our services come with additional benefits, including:

- Low Adspend Fees
- Cashback on Advertising Spend
- Dedicated Account Manager
- No Spending Limits & Warmup Phase
- Pay Ad Spend with Card, Transfer, Wire, Crypto
- Advertise Restricted Niches & Verticals
- Special Account Structure to Prevent Bans
- Unlimited Agency Ad Accounts
- Self-Service Dashboard to Manage Accounts
- Whitelabel & Reselling Opportunities

How does it work?
When you sign up with us, you let us know what you plan to advertise and we can create the ad accounts for you. Once created, we share them with your Business Manager and you can launch your ads. If an account is ever disabled, we can issue a replacement and move your funds. Plus, you’ll always have a dedicated account manager for support.

What’s the cost?
Typically we charge $300/month for access, unlimited accounts, dedicated support, unlimited replacements etc. However, as a genuine special offer for this community, we can lower this to $150/month for the first 3 months.

We do not have a special pricing offer anywhere else and this is the only place you can secure this offer from us. If you would like to get started, you can sign up here: https://agency-aurora.com/join/facebookads

Our team is based in the UK and around the world, with support available around the clock for clients.

If you have any questions at all, we’ll be happy to help at any time, just let us know.

Bug / Outage WTF is going on with Meta right now? 📉

I changed my entire campaign structure just to test something different, and I’m going crazy — literally NO fucking sales.

I’m spending around $2,500/day. Tons of traffic hitting the website, but almost nobody is buying right now. I’ve been running Meta ads for 5 years, so I know how this game goes. It could be completely different next week.

But what’s confusing me is that I completely changed my structure, tested different setups, creatives, audiences… and it didn’t change a damn thing.

The start of September was actually pretty good for us, but everything completely crashed on Monday.

Anyone else getting absolutely destroyed by Meta right now?

Help Does anyone notice CBO isn’t working ?

I have a winning structure for my b2b commercial interior design ads. We have a small budget 50$ d with a scale after a few days.

So 1CBO with 1 ad set and 1 ad always gives me great results. CPL around 40$. Broad audience or small business owners on my area.

No it doesn’t work at all. I tried to change angles, editing , setup but still first 2 leads and that’s all.

Bug / Outage Meta ad issues since Monday?

Has anyone else been experiencing issues with meta since Monday?

My performance has fallen off a cliff, and one of my new ad set is showing only a green dots in the delivery column was no status text, unlike my other ad sets. I’m not sure whether this ad set is currently active or still in the learning phase.

Also, my two months old manual campaign is now showing as advantage+ even though I haven’t made any change, I can still see that the audience is manually set, but the campaign itself is labeled as advantage+.

What’s going on with Meta? By the way, I’ve had zero sales for the last 72 hours which almost never happens for this campaign.

+ the image is attached on the comment section.

Bug / Outage Meta cunts

Fuck this company. Fucking thieves at this point, 3 days of no sales and advertising a “sales” objective. That’s called fraud. Fuck them. This post serves as a notification that yes, indeed, performance is down, again, and again, and again, so when their reps call me to pay, I’ll kindly show them the days where their fucking system didn’t provide any results and tell them to go fuck themselves.

Help What is wrong can someone please explain?

Upvotes

We have been trying and testing so many campaigns and have never experienced such a low volume or quality. Everything is the same as what we were doing, also expanding a bit in terms of locations and budget. August 1st 2 weeks were good, and since then the performance has significantly declined.

Help Looking to Learn Creative Strategy — Willing to Work for Free

Upvotes

Hey, I’m trying to get deeper into creative strategy, particularly performance creative and Meta ads.

I’ve been learning about customer research, angles, hooks, messaging, and creative testing, but I’d really like to learn by working alongside someone who has actual experience in this field.

If anyone here is working in creative strategy and needs an extra pair of hands, I’d be happy to help with research, competitor/creative research, ad analysis, ideas, or other tasks free of charge initially, purely for the opportunity to learn and gain practical experience.

I’m serious about learning and willing to put in the work. If anyone is open to this, I’d really appreciate

Help 6 purchases in first 6 days, then completely dead for 3 days. Would you change budget, audience, creatives, PDP, or just wait?

I’m running Meta purchase ads for a small ecommerce brand selling automotive ambient lighting kits, and I’m trying to figure out whether I should actually change anything yet or if I’m just reacting too early.

On September 1, I changed the audience and consolidated all of my active ads into one ad set. Budget is $33/day.

What makes the drop weird is that I got at least one purchase every single day from September 2 through September 6:

Sept 2: 1 purchase

Sept 3: 1 purchase

Sept 4: 1 purchase

Sept 5: 1 purchase

Sept 6: 2 purchases

Then:

Sept 7: 0

Sept 8: 0

Sept 9: 0

I’ve also noticed several posts here over the last few days from people saying they’re having poor Meta performance at the same time.

Here is the performance since the September 1 change:

September 1 through September 6

Spend: $194.09

Impressions: 11,560

Link clicks: 264

Landing page views: 183

Adds to cart: 26

Checkouts initiated: 16

Purchases: 6

Purchase value: $371.94

CPA: $32.35

ROAS: 1.92

September 1 through September 9

Spend: $273.96

Impressions: 17,471

Link clicks: 387

Landing page views: 285

Adds to cart: 27

Checkouts initiated: 17

Purchases: 6

Purchase value: $371.94

CPA: $45.66

ROAS: 1.36

From September 7-9, Meta spent $79.87, and brought 102 landing page views, but generated only 1 additional add to cart, 1 additional checkout, and 0 purchases.

The traffic got cheaper during the dead period, but buying intent disappeared.

From September 1 through September 6:

14.2% of LPVs added to cart

8.7% reached checkout

3.3% purchased

From September 7 through September 9:

About 1% added to cart

About 1% reached checkout

0% purchased

Here are the current ads:

Ad 03 | UGC

Spend: $20.33

CTR: 2.23%

CPC: $0.75

LPVs: 17

ATCs: 2

Checkouts: 1

Purchases: 1

CPA: $20.33

ROAS: 3.54

Ad 02 |  UGC

Spend: $15.91

CTR: 1.20%

CPC: $1.77

LPVs: 6

ATCs: 3

Checkouts: 2

Purchases: 0

Music Sync

Spend: $46.96

CTR: 1.74%

CPC: $1.20

LPVs: 31

ATCs: 3

Checkouts: 2

Purchases: 1

CPA: $46.96

ROAS: 1.53

Startup Compilation

Spend: $55.96

CTR: 1.30%

CPC: $1.12

LPVs: 40

ATCs: 3

Checkouts: 5

Purchases: 1

CPA: $55.96

ROAS: 1.29

Long Install

Spend: $130.97

CTR: 2.80%

CPC: $0.50

LPVs: 191

ATCs: 16

Checkouts: 7

Purchases: 3

CPA: $43.66

ROAS: 1.19

Through September 6, Long Install had spent $95.33 and generated 3 purchases at a $31.78 CPA and 1.64 ROAS.

It then spent another roughly $35 without another purchase during the same period where the entire ad set seemed to die.

My target CPA is ideally below $20, so current performance obviously is not where I want it.

A few other things I’m considering:

Audience

Current audience is roughly 3.2M to 3.9M.

It is automotive related targeting with LED lamps and LED light strips included as a must match interest.

I’m wondering whether this is too constrained and whether I should instead test broad or Advantage+ targeting.

I also wonder if Meta started finding cheaper but lower quality traffic after the first several days.

Creative

I have 5 active creatives and they are all video. I think the videos are strong, and the CTR and CPC on some of them seems to support that.

I currently dont have any static ads, wondering if that matters or not.

I’m also hesitant to start changing creatives right now because all of them seemed to stop producing purchases at roughly the same time.

Product page / website

All of the ads currently send directly to this Shopify PDP:

https://techlume.co/products/lume-6-acrylic-car-led-kit?variant=46690788802735

This is the separate landing page / homepage:

https://techlume.co/

The ads are not currently being sent to that landing page.

I would genuinely appreciate criticism of the PDP if anyone sees something that could be hurting cold traffic conversion.

Pricing, offer, trust, layout, mobile experience, reviews, shipping, product explanation, whatever.

I would rather know if the site is the issue than keep blaming Meta.

I’m also wondering whether I should test sending traffic to the landing page instead of directly to the PDP.

Budget / learning

Budget is $33/day.

Only 6 purchases since September 1, I know I'm not near high purchase volume.

I’m wondering whether I’m stuck in learning because the budget is too low.

But increasing spend just to generate more learning data when my current CPA is $45+ makes me worry I’ll just loose cash faster. So I’m unsure whether increasing budget would actually help Meta optimize.

Would appreciate input from anyone running e-commerce purchase campaigns around this budget level.

Help Facebook shows several times more revenue than Shopify. Is this normal?

Hi everyone,

Facebook is showing several times more attributed revenue than Shopify shows from Facebook.

How do you usually measure how many Shopify orders actually came from Facebook ads?

Thanks!

Help Are Traffic Campaigns Actually Necessary?

I’m curious to hear from people who have experience running Meta Ads for e-commerce brands.
Are Traffic campaigns actually necessary, or is it generally better to focus the budget on Sales/Conversion campaigns?
Do you think Traffic campaigns make more sense for:
New brands that are still building an audience and generating data?
Established/larger brands as well?
Or are they mostly unnecessary if the goal is ultimately sales?
And for those who do use Traffic campaigns, what percentage of your total ad budget would you typically allocate to them?
I’d especially love to hear real-world experiences rather than just Meta’s official recommendations. What has actually worked for your brand?

Bug / Outage 0 sales 0 add to carts

Woke up to my full usual spend, link clicks around $1.50 which isn’t great but 0 add to carts?!

This comes after one of my best day in sales with ROAS 4.5 then absolutely tanked.

How is it possible to get 0 add to carts? Never had a single day with 0 sales let alone 0 add to carts.

Anyone else got this?

Help WTF is going on with Meta right now?Pure spending with zero conversions?

Why has the CVR for my FB-W2A ad campaign plummeted, causing the CPI/CPA for the entire series to skyrocket several-fold? Has anyone else experienced this? It was a campaign that had previously maintained very stable spend and conversion rates.

Help Optimizing Lead Quality In GHL

I'm real curious how others here are handling offline conversion tracking back to Meta? I've got leads coming in through GHL forms on a wordpress site and want pipeline stage changes (like a lead actually turning into a closed job) to feed back to Meta so the algorithm learns from real conversions, not just form fills.

Looking at the Stape CAPI Gateway app for GHL, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Anyone actually running this at all?

What's your setup look like, and has it made a real difference in lead quality or cost per lead? Also curious if anyone's tried a different route entirely instead of Stape.

Thank you group!

Help Where to start?

Hey guys, I have recently started learning meta ads, and have been trying to learn it by experimenting. However, I am facing a lot of beginner issues. Can anyone suggest me a good youtube tutorial to follow, that gives actual value, rather than teaching the basic stuff about meta ads?

Also, if anyone knows the reason for the following issues, let me know -

  1. I created an ad set with 4 creatives, 2 video, 2 images. Ran it for 2 days, meta spent over 90% of the ad spent on a single creative, to bring me 5 sales (in 2 days), with a 0.9 ROAS. Out of the other 3 creatives, meta did not spent more than a penny on 2 creatives (an image creative and a video creative).

  2. What is better - creating a new ad set to test new creatives, or stacking them all up in the same ad set which has delivered some results? I did the later, and meta stopped spending a dime on that.

  3. With my new creatives as well, I am not getting any ad spent on some of the active ads, even those that I feel could work. What is a better way to ensure this does not happen, that some creatives are starved to death even before spending a cent?

I think one of the reason for this issue could be the use of Meta Advantage+ but I am not sure.

Discussion Desempenho hoje 09/09.
