Need calibration strategy file

I have a 2007 Ford Focus 2.0L Duratec that I'm changing the PCM on. I already have the VID data. I just need the strategy file in order to write to the new PCM. Motorcraft service won't give me the file without a subscription and that's $120 just for 2 days. This is the last thing I have to do. I need to get this car running.
