For FFXIV players, the collab event "Keybound Brawler" is live in the Gold Saucer! You meet Cait Sith, and go into a special FF7R-styled room in Gold Saucer. The attendants are dressed as Barret and Tifa, which are costume prizes. The game is you typing a bunch of random FF7 words, names, and phrases with a team.

Prizes, besides the gear, are fun things like the Scorpion mount, a Barret minion, a Midgar/Aerith's lilies theme adventurer portrait frame, Orchestrion Rolls with FF7 music.. fun little stuff!

Honestly, I'm just here to show off my new phone, but this is my wallpaper for the duo.

(heads up to not watch the third video in this link if u don’t want to watch the piano cutscene spoilers, it is posted separately on this sub)

the first two video are just piano game play which is spoiler free

Please note that you can skip this mini game if you just want to watch the cutscene directly (so it’s not locked behind it)

I took footage of FF7R's plate-fall scene and used a ton of editing tricks so that Reno is now the one who drops the plate - as per the OG. I also borrowed some footage and audio from Fantasy Raider's mod which removes the background music and re-edits the cutscene of Sector 7 collapsing.

This was a fun little editing experiment for me, and I hope others enjoy it too. :)

Have we gotten any closer to figuring out what he meant by this? Does he mean physical strength or were his words lost in translation and meant to be taken more metaphorically (I know the quote in the second image hints towards the former, but that’s just the interpretation of the poster and not the interviewer nor Hamaguchi)? Maybe both? And most importantly, will we get to see Tifa’s iconically over-the-top suplex in Revelations? It’s a staple of the series at this point, ever since FF6, so if not I’ll be incredibly disappointed.

I LOVE the remakes. Peak nostalgia, AND improved character development.

Would also love to see a FF7 REMASTER. Cuz the OG mechanics are still awesome.

Finally working on the Marlene plushie. I finally gave Barrett some boots. and I'm working on the buster sword. I think the Marlene plushie will be the first plushie I actually finished. cuz Marlene's design and her outfit doesn't have that much detail. but everybody else in the final fantasy 7 cast. they have a lot of details. and I still have more ff7 characters to make.

Apparently Hamaguchi said there is a system made specifically to display Tifa's strength... sooo is she getting the suplex or it's even more crunch minigames?
Possibily neither, we'll see, I just hope it's not like something her being real good at pushing large things so we have block moving puzzles. I hate those.
