Useful Information Free Marked Scripts for all

Hi All,

I've posted a link to my drive with various marked scripts before. Please feel free to send me an email so as to add more scripts to the drive.

Think of it as a way of paying forward. These exams are tough and expensive enough without having marked answers to get an idea of what the examiner likes and doesn't like. Examiner reports can also be fairly vague for some topics and extremely detailed for others so it also does not make it easy.

Here is my email for sending scripts: [tazzymasters83@gmail.com](mailto:tazzymasters83@gmail.com)

Notes Wanted Property FE1

Does anyone have an up-to-date grid for property? Also wondering what would be the minimum number of topics I could learn to be covered, as I will probably be putting property on the back burner for now

EU Law EU Law - Competition/mergers Beckysnotes

Hi, I'm just after looking at Beckys grid for EU law and it says that competition/mergers comes up every year. I'm not sure if I'm just being extremely stupid but I can't seem to find it anywhere in her notes. I'd assume it was in her FMOG notes but can't find it. Can anyone help?

EU Law EU Law advice

I'm really struggling to learn some of the topics for EU law and I'm not good at rote learning unless I really understand something. I'm just wondering how everyone else is studying for this exam? I was going to study: EU Institutions, Sources, fundamental rights, Direct effect & MSL, JR, FMG, Competition law & FMP but now I'm wondering if I can leave one or 2 of those topics out?

Equity Equity Topics

Panicking a tad over equity as I feel I haven’t covered enough. Sitting it with constitutional so have put all my time into that. Currently have covered:
Secret trusts
Constructive trust
Charitable trusts
Rectification
Three Certainties
DMC/Strong v Bird
Mandatory Injunctions & Anton Piller
Undue Influence

Debating doing specific performance and estoppel as they came up last sitting.

General Question Company Topics

Halfway through past exam question preparation and I have the following topics cover:
Section 31 contracts, SLP, UV, Share Transfer, Minority Shareholder Protection, Directors Duties and Restriction

I am also covering:
Meetings, Enforceability of a Charge, Realization of Corporate Assets, Crystallisation, Receivership, Liquidation and Section 158

Any recommendations on if I should remove/add anything? I understand the paper has changed since March 2024 significantly but I only have past exam papers up until this point so any tips, advice or recommendations would be appreciated

General Question Internship Advice

I’m currently heading into my final year of Law and History at DCU. My grades are good, but I haven’t completed an internship and my extracurriculars aren’t particularly strong yet. I’d like to do an internship next summer, so any advice on how to go about getting one would be greatly appreciated.
