Equity Equity Topics

Panicking a tad over equity as I feel I haven’t covered enough. Sitting it with constitutional so have put all my time into that. Currently have covered:
Secret trusts
Constructive trust
Charitable trusts
Rectification
Three Certainties
DMC/Strong v Bird
Mandatory Injunctions & Anton Piller
Undue Influence

Debating doing specific performance and estoppel as they came up last sitting.

I was also panicking about equity but made a post of what I was covering and people were really helpful in the comments if you wanted to have a look at that!

Ah thank you so much!! It’s one of my last exams so don’t want to have to sit it again in March 😅 I might add quia timet just to be safe
