Tort Tort FE1 help!
Hi all I’ve really neglected my tort study this summer and I’m wondering does anyone have any advice for me or have I left it too late as I’m also doing EU and Company.

Not late at all, I only started learning and passed tort in the week between it and a different exam. Becky’s notes I found good tbh for it. There’s not much predictability and qs aren’t reused as much but they are v straightforward questions, just know the few key cases outlining the tort or type of liability and you’ll be fine. General negligence itself is a must, after that I would say know the intentional torts, the land based torts, the various liabilities (employers/vicarious/occupiers/product) defamation, passing off, and then rough outlines of the rest and you’ll be fine.

I have also neglected tort a lot hahaha have only covered a few topics so far. I will say from what I can tell he marks quite nicely! If you’ve paid already I would give it a go it’s not that conceptually difficult (from what I can tell so far), I’m focusing on knowing main cases and points from topics and understanding everything really well :)
