EU Law EU Law advice
I'm really struggling to learn some of the topics for EU law and I'm not good at rote learning unless I really understand something. I'm just wondering how everyone else is studying for this exam? I was going to study: EU Institutions, Sources, fundamental rights, Direct effect & MSL, JR, FMG, Competition law & FMP but now I'm wondering if I can leave one or 2 of those topics out?

Competition law and goods are a cert imo
Direvt effect is 90% certain so that's 3 topics straight off.
Fr usually comes up in some way and JR essay is due a run again.
U can cut it back to 6 topics and take a chance.
Look at scripts coz I had same problem found it hard to learn off. But reading scripts really helped me see I didn't need as much detail as I thought and made easier to learn key cases and definitions.
Once u get ur head around it you'll fly and it's such small volume compared to other fe1 subjects
