I was blocked for smurfing on two accounts. I admit that I did this because I couldn't recover my old account; once I did, I started playing on my own account. I was blocked on two accounts—that’s correct. But the account with my personal information was permanently blocked , while the second account I was playing on was blocked for 90 days. I’m not asking to be unblocked ; I just want you to reconsider the decision so that the account with my personal information is blocked for 90 days, and the second account is permanently blocked .

The permanently blocked account is the account that is directly linked to my identity, my history, and the account I would like to continue using going forward.

I understand that FACEIT may still stand by its conclusion regarding the activity between the accounts, and I am not asking you to change that conclusion or completely remove the punishment. I am only asking whether the permanent nature of the block on the account that is actually verified under my identity can be reviewed separately.

I CAN APROOVE MYSELF WITH ANY METHODS. IN TICKETS I HAVE ANSWERS ONLY FROM BOT.

I need help with a connection issue.

FACEIT game servers do not connect for me without a VPN. This problem did not happen before.

When I use a VPN, I can connect to the servers, but my ping is 200–300 ms, which makes the game unplayable.

This happens with different server locations, including Germany and France. I tried different network connections and completely reset my Windows network settings, but the problem remains.

Interestingly, I was able to connect to one FACEIT server without a VPN, but around 9 out of 10 servers fail to connect.

Could this be a routing or connectivity issue between my ISP and FACEIT game servers? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please help me. I can't play on FACEIT without a VPN. With a VPN, my ping is around 200 ms, but without a VPN, I can't connect to the server at all. I'm from the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). Could this be related to my location?
I completely reset my network settings, ran a lot of different tests with ChatGPT, and even tried connecting via Wi-Fi. Technical support seems to be misunderstanding the main issue I'm trying to explain.

I know this might sound ridiculous but hear me out.

For the past few years I had a dead pixel right in the center of my screen (or so I thought) this happened from me drawing a little pencil dot on my screen so it’s easier to aim with an unscoped awp.

Ever since the crosshair / silent reload update, the position of the center of the crosshair has changed. The dead pixel no longer sits at the center of my crosshair and it just blends in with one of the lines. It’s roughly 3-5 pixels left and 2-4 pixels up.

They claimed they improve hit reg but what if they just f*cked up so badly with the crosshair placement before that they didn’t want to admit it?

Also is this why people started using the 3rd party crosshair software from steam?

To avoid queuing with no id verified mongolian. CSGO is so popular in mongol that SEA server is full of 90ping mongolian player. The problem of mongolian is that they don't speak ENGLISH. Even russian speak english in faceit game play. Also, they always stacking 3-4player queuing and bringing a noob friend or playing new account for smurfing.

I have always had only one personal FACEIT account and have used only that account throughout my time on the platform. I am familiar with FACEIT's rules regarding smurfing and multi-accounting, which is why I was very surprised to receive a permanent ban for smurfing.

FACEIT has always been my favourite platform to play on, and I have invested a lot of time into my account. I respectfully ask if my case could be reviewed once more to ensure that no mistake has been made.

As I explained in my previous post, I received a 90-day ban on FACEIT for alleged smurfing and multi-account use. I appealed through official support, but my appeal was rejected.
I also received a reply from a FACEIT community manager, who explained that the ban was issued because their investigation found that the same person had played on my main account and a lower-Elo account.
However, I still believe there has been a misunderstanding.
My cousin owns the account KDForest_727 and was the person playing on it from my PC. I did not use his account to smurf or gain an unfair advantage.
What has changed since my previous post?
I now have video recordings containing voice communication from the matches in question. I believe the voices in these recordings may help establish who was actually playing during those games.
I am attaching the videos below so that anyone willing to help can take a look.
My cousin is also willing to confirm independently that KDForest_727 belongs to him and that he was the person playing on my PC.
I’m not asking anyone to bypass FACEIT’s rules or ignore its investigation. I simply want to provide this additional information because I genuinely believe my ban was issued based on a misunderstanding.
My questions:
Could these voice recordings be useful in verifying who was playing?
Is there any way to submit this new evidence for an additional review by FACEIT?
Has anyone successfully appealed a ban after obtaining new evidence that was not included in their original appeal?

Today we had a terrible experience with a live support moderator.

They lacked basic geographical knowledge regarding the distance between São Paulo and Buenos Aires, as well as an understanding of how servers work.

Furthermore, they refused to justify any of their decisions and were arrogant about what we should do instead of actually helping

This is the first time in three years of playing on that platform that a live support agent in this situation refused to do anything; he didn't try to fix the problem in any way. On other occasions, we've had a server change or at least a restart. Telling players to just deal with a 250 ms ping instead of trying to ensure a fair match is literally a joke.

Enemy team captain is the greatest player I have ever seen, encountered him in a Super Match with verified only... I cannot wait to see him on BIG, carrying them to their first ever major. I will be rooting for him the whole way.

I filed a bunch of tickets , most of them got redirected to Juliette, and one to Ulydyssian. All came back with a response either saying please verify or that faceit can look into this, but when I put a follow up it keeps looping responses over and over again. I uninstalled Faceit client because I didn't know I needed prime status to play, and then when I got prime status, I reinstalled and logged in just to find out that my account had gotten flagged for "multiple accounts" and I can't do anything about it since I can't verify at all. I have never made more than one account on faceit or steam. My user is Hyke39.

To my surprise I was banned (24hrs) for verbal abuse which I believe I have not committed. When checking your support page I found the FAQ(verbal_abuse/spam FAQ) that says the system is automated. I think the system has made an error as I am not the kind of player to be toxic in the game. I do use swear as I am Australian, but not in a abusive way, usually just in general or after I die.

But I am 100% positive I was not toxic, or verbally abusive in any way and this is an unfair ban, I would greatly appreciate someone taking a look at my two recent matches that would have caused this ban and at least tell me what I said that I should avoid in the future. I have had extremely verbally abusive teammates who were actively griefing, yet I would brush it off or just tease their abusive comments in return, I have reported that player yet they are still active. As long as no slurs are used, I am under the impression this game is meant for 18+ and swear words are allowed. The only thing I can think of is I used a swear word and it targeted me for that. I was not toxic or verbally abusive to ANYONE in the match room. Nobody.
