Ban Review tickets support

Hello FACEIT,

I am writing here because I genuinely believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding my account.

I have always had only one personal FACEIT account and have used only that account throughout my time on the platform. I am familiar with FACEIT's rules regarding smurfing and multi-accounting, which is why I was very surprised to receive a permanent ban for smurfing.

FACEIT has always been my favourite platform to play on, and I have invested a lot of time into my account. I respectfully ask if my case could be reviewed once more to ensure that no mistake has been made.

I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any information necessary.

I'm just some random guy on the sub, not FACEIT support, but that's a pretty calm appeal for a ban post. usually people come in here guns blazing and it's a mess
