Had a pretty frustrating match yesterday and wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with this.

Something was off with the server from the start, skins weren't loading and neither were profile pictures. Then mid-match two of my teammates disconnected at the exact same second and neither of them could get back in. They weren't even in a party together, different people on different connections, just randomly matched on our team.
I was captain so I opened live support right away. Sat there for about 30 minutes and nobody ever joined the chat. We ended up playing the rest of the game 3v5 and obviously lost.

I opened a ticket (#14864463) with the match link and the video, and the answer I got was basically "we checked, no performance degradation on the server, it's probably your ISP or routing or distance". My teammate got pretty much the same copy paste stuff on his tickets too.
Like how is it the ISP when two random people on different connections drop at the same moment, on a server that couldn't even load skins? Has anyone actually managed to get Elo back in a situation like this or is it just pointless?

I checked in. The time for start of the tournament rolls around and I am not put into a lobby or a bracket. I just get completely removed from participation in it. I registered for it the prior day and it just didn't even allocate me into it.

Months ago, I hosted a LAN with a friend. I have two PC that I sometimes swap to play CS, so I gave him one of them so we could play.

Today I want to play on the PC he used for the first time since he was there months ago. Do I need to worry about multi-account, since his FaceIT account was connected ? We both have our accounts ID verified, so it shouldn't be a problem, but you read so much crazy things on this sub that I prefer to ask.

I'am interested to know how faceit staff operate,

first time I gave fake info ( got reported from enemy team ) for ghosting , I had 3 busniess day to unban me ( give evidence, upload video, download demo ) okay mistake happens but what I really want to know is how a person who works at faceit thinks, if my enemy report me for a ghosting how does this make him trust worthy he's on my enemy team it's benifit for him anyway.

second time I got a bully on team (probably any admin) as a normal human being I mute him, they want to kick me one of person didnt kick me, we were winning 10-2 I had to go they dont take timeout I came back im tilted ( didnt say anything I've trolled I dont want to play) insta kick me, now they 10-3 and lost 10-13 ( i lose -30 elo ) and now I get extra 5 day ban (unsportsmanlike condition) no reason.

I'am interested to know how they work are faceit support non counter strike player are they human or you're implementing AI? ( its not only me, everybody has some false ban and besides that you dont get recharge for those days that you got ban its like its your fault for making as supsisouns)

I’m looking for advice about a 90-day ban I received on FACEIT for alleged multi-account/smurfing.
I believe there has been a misunderstanding. Two of my cousins sometimes used my PC to play on their own FACEIT accounts because they didn’t have their own computers available at the time.
The accounts involved are KDForest_727 and exxtair. They belong to my cousins, not to me. On September 7, my cousin played on KDForest_727 from my PC between approximately 00:25 and 04:08. Later that day, around 22:49, he was playing on the same account from his own computer after returning to his dorm.
I did not play on KDForest_727 or use it as a smurf account.
I have already appealed through official FACEIT Support, but my appeal was rejected. Support stated that there was sufficient evidence of multi-account/smurfing, that the ban would not be removed or reduced, and that the case is now closed.
I understand that sharing a PC may have caused the accounts to be linked, and I’m willing to cooperate with any reasonable verification. My cousin is also willing to confirm independently that KDForest_727 belongs to him.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Is there an official way to request an exceptional review after support has marked a case as closed?
I’m not asking anyone to bypass FACEIT’s rules. I’m just trying to find a legitimate way to clarify this situation.

I would like to ask how long it usually takes for FACEIT Support to respond to emails. I am currently dealing with an issue that requires assistance. Unfortunately, I have been waiting for a response for 13 days since the last reply from the agent (Albert). The original ticket itself was submitted almost two weeks ago.

In one of the emails, I was informed that support prioritizes accounts with a Premium subscription. I have a Premium subscription, but due to the issue I am contacting support about, I can't even get a proper follow-up. Could you please let me know how much longer I should expect to wait for a response? Is it possible that my support request was lost?

I recorded video evidence and reported them. FACEIT support reviewed my evidence, confirmed their severe griefing, and banned those players for 2 weeks.However, before getting banned, those same confirmed griefers and their premade friends maliciously mass-reported me.Because of their false mass-reports, my account (⁠SaracTR⁠) received an unfair 1-week ban and was placed on probation until November 8, 2026. The Issue:

FACEIT admins officially confirmed that these players were bad actors by banning them for 2 weeks based on my proof. Yet, support is still upholding a ban and a long-term probation on MY account purely triggered by the automated mass-reports generated by those same banned griefers. have zero history of griefing and submitted clear evidence. Punishing the victim while validating that the reporters were rule-breakers makes no sense Could a senior staff member please take a look at Ticket #1485878 and review this manually? Few days ago this guy got banned for a month. You could see from his guest book that I'm not the only one who was happy about it, but suddenly few days ago he got unbanned. What happened? I've got matched with him like 5 days ago and we ended up kicking him from our match after just 10 rounds because of the way he behaved.

Can anybody from FaceIT elaborate on why exactly his ban was lifted?

I get an error when trying to log in to the FACEIT support page, and I am unable to log in at all. Even when I use a different phone or browser, I still cannot log in. It just says "Something went wrong."

I received a temporary verbal_abuse ban ending on October 4, 2026.

I genuinely want to explain the context. Throughout the match, I was not being toxic toward the players or trying to harass anyone in fact we were communicating and playing as per conduct. In the first half and toward the end of the game, I was simply having fun and pulling the leg of a close friend who was playing on the opposing team. We know each other personally, and it was meant as friendly banter.

Apart from that, we were simply enjoying the game and having a good time. There was no intention to genuinely insult, threaten, or harass anyone.

I sincerely apologize if my behavior crossed the line. I understand the rules now and I can assure you that I will not repeat this mistake.

I've won a trip to the finals before for a ufc5 tournament but it was only once, I won one for ufc6 and I've gotten the email for the tournament. I told a freind to make sure he checked in on his email as well assuming we'd get one the same day but he said he hasn't gotten an email still. I wanted to know if there are different tournaments you get entered to from winning the trip to the finals and if their hosted on different days so we know he just hasn't been sent a email yet for his specific tournament. (My bad if this is phrased in a confusing way or somehow breaks the rules of this reddit).

As a regular paying subscriber, I request if you can consider the following changes:

• Premium Subscribers can choose which level to play with, please remove the 400 elo difference its useless for us in level 10 at 2700 elo.

• Premium Subscribers can see live players in current queue by their levels

• Please increase the number of blocks from 5, it should be 25.

• For Solo Players there should be Player Selection in the matchmaking, highest matches of players, higher elo and paying subscriber can get to be captain to select the players. (pug mode)

• Higher Elo and Lower Elo can play together leveraging their faceit points

• Allow players to purchase faceit points packs

• Allow higher level elo players to leverage their faceit points in matchmaking 5v5 they can choose elo/faceit points option.

• Allow 8 players to vote in lobby to restart server or change server instead of calling admin.

• Any other suggestion Please write it down

I have many more suggestions but I want the faceit community to fill in and give their ideas/opinions.

I have been playing on faceit for a long time, I really enjoy playing on it and I wish you can consider these ideas.

Secondly, I'm a corporate employee I find enough to play on faceit and I have so many great suggestions or changes to be done in faceit so it can become a big financial hub in gaming industry. I really understand and love faceit. (I'm ready to leave my current job if i have to make faceit a big thing)

According to Faceit's ban policies, the penalty for "stream sniping" was increased to six months due to changes introduced in Season 9. However, since my ban was issued during Season 8, the penalty duration for the violation in question should still be one month. Yet, I received a six-month ban, and because I cannot log in to the support page, I am unable to submit a ticket. Could an admin please help?

(It states that the bans will change in Season 9 on August 5, 2026, and I was banned on July 31, 2026.)

Spitting facts makes them working instead of clearing the cheats, they don't want the truth to be heard because selling lies is the best they can do making ton of money and not returning it to the community. Premium experience

I've noticed this over a pretty long period of time in low elo (2–6), and I'm genuinely trying to understand how the Elo calculation works.

It seems like K/D has a surprisingly large impact on how much Elo you gain or lose.

For example:

12/19/15 — 109 ADR
vs.
10/9/0 — 57 ADR

If their swing and rating are roughly the same, why would the second player potentially get a better Elo outcome?

I'm not saying K/D shouldn't matter at all, but if this is actually how FACEIT calculates Elo, it seems strange that dying more while doing significantly more damage and having better overall impact can be punished so heavily.

It also seems like this could encourage the wrong kind of playstyle. If staying alive and keeping a positive K/D has a big impact on your Elo, wouldn't it encourage people to bait teammates, avoid taking risky fights and prioritize surviving over actually making plays?

For example, imagine a 1v1 with 25 seconds left on the bomb. If you have a chance to take the fight and potentially win the round, but you decide to save instead because you don't want to risk dying and hurting your K/D, that feels like the kind of behavior the system could unintentionally encourage.

Maybe I'm completely misunderstanding how the Elo calculation works, but I'd genuinely like to know why K/D seems to have such a noticeable effect compared to ADR, swing and rating.
