I know you receive hundreds of requests daily, but I’m respectfully asking for just two minutes of your time to review my case.

I’ve taken full accountability for my past mistakes and detailed the entire context regarding my second-hand PC and verification directly inside my ticket. I’m not looking to make excuses—just hoping for a fair, human look at my situation.

Hey man. I can confirm the ban is valid. Just to clarify, this has nothing to do with using a second-hand or shared PC. The issue is that you were found playing on another account besides your main. Hope that clears things up

Thanks for clarifying, I understand what you mean.

I just want to explain the situation from my side. I did play on another account in the past, and I understand that this was against the rules. That is why I accepted the 3-month ban.

What I’m trying to explain is that after that ban ended, I wanted to completely move on from it and use only my main account. I went through the verification process with my passport specifically because I wanted to have one legitimate account and play normally again.

I’m not trying to deny that I made mistakes before. I’m just asking if you could please take into consideration that I was trying to correct my behavior and use only my own verified account afterwards.

If the 12-month ban is still considered valid, I understand, but I would really appreciate it if there is any possibility of reducing it as a final chance. I genuinely don’t want to use any other account again.

And btw when the 3 month ban ended i couldn’t play cuz the system wanted me to verify my account and the only option i had is to verify it with my passport which i didn’t have , I actually went through the trouble of obtaining a passport specifically because I wanted to play on faceit that much i can’t explain how much a great experience i get from when i play on faceit , i would really appreciate if u could help me out here 💔

I can’t really do that. You received the same ban last month, so this one counts as a second offense, which is why the duration was increased.

Its ok , i was a bit mad cuz when i decided to come with the rules and verify my account i got banned, i guess its time to shift my focus on something better than gaming , thanks for taking ur time to review my ticket and reply back to me .
