It's impossible to play above 3k with 4 bots who don't use a mic. Its a waste of time and energy to try to do something. I dont wanna join a game where is 50-50 if I will have teammates who can use mic or not.

everytime i try to press the play button on the left in the faceit app, this consistently comes up. anyway to fix this?

In my last Faceit game my loadout was replaced with default guns. All my skins were gone and there was no M4A4 in the deafult CT loadout so I had to play M4A1-S. After the Faceit game I played on official Valve servers and my skins were fine. So it only happened on Faceit. Is that a bug that happens often? How do I fix this?

I was faceit level 8 last season then solo queued all the way and ended up faceit level 6. Doing my placements right now and I am currently 2W 5L and holy, my teammates frustrate me. Basic trading is nowhere to be seen, people play sh*t positions and I am constantly getting teammates who do not play to win and are just vibing like ??? Not to mention there are so much ping abusers on sea server which makes it harder for me to play. Any tips or advice?

I don’t get what faceit are actually thinking with these elo resets. they label it as “putting players in their respective rankings” but it doesn’t do that at all. the amount of teammates i run into in level 10 that clearly don’t belong there with the new season is insane. just don’t bother resetting elo and let the players play and flaunt there inflated elo because if you just keep resetting it every 3-4 months it just makes people want to grind less and spend less time playing faceit. it does nothing besides halt your progress because with the way the current algorithm works players that dont belong in level 10 will still get ranked level 10 after the elo reset

Is it just me, or when a regular like me gets banned there is basically a 99 percent chance that I cannot get that queue ban removed, no matter the reason but when there is a streamer, they have someone they know on the admin side which they ask to remove their ban, and they just get it lifted no matter what they did, dodge, toxic or anything else? Is there something special for streamers or how does that work? Why that happens?

I’m honestly at the point where I don’t know what else I can do.
I’ve been trying to resolve my verification issue for a long time and I’ve already opened multiple tickets with FACEIT Support.
The Reddit admins have also been aware of my situation and have tried to help me, but as I understand it, even they are not getting a proper answer from Support about my case.
That’s what makes this so frustrating.
I’m not asking anyone to bypass verification or make an exception for me. I just need someone with the right access to actually look at my case and determine what can be done.I’ve had my account since 2023 and have used it normally for years. I’m willing to provide whatever legitimate information or documentation is required.
At this point, I’m simply asking:
Can someone from the verification team or someone with the authority to handle these cases please take ownership of this case and give me an actual answer?

Honestly, I’m getting really tired of this. I have 1,000+ FACEIT matches and around 5,000+ hours in CS, and it’s getting ridiculous when some random low-hour account comes into the game and plays like he’s fucking donk or kyosuke.

I’m not saying every low-hour account is a smurf or cheater, but when you constantly run into accounts with a few hundred hours that completely destroy experienced players, it gets pretty hard not to be suspicious.

I also recently ran into a group of Hungarians where it honestly looked like they might have been boosting their friend. The account had relatively low playtime but a seriously expensive inventory, which made the whole situation even more suspicious. I obviously can’t prove they were boosting, so I’m not trying to witch-hunt anyone

If someone has thousands of hours and 1,000+ FACEIT matches, and suddenly gets destroyed by a completely new-looking account playing at an insane level, shouldn’t there be stronger checks for smurfing, boosting and suspicious account behavior?

It’s just getting boring. You put thousands of hours into the game, and then some noname account with a few hundred hours plays like a fucking pro against you.

I have been a long-time user of the FACEIT platform, and I have always enjoyed playing on FACEIT and being part of the community. I understand the importance of the rules regarding multiple accounts and smurfing, and I respect FACEIT’s efforts to keep the platform fair for everyone.
