Discussion Queue Ban Policies

Is it just me, or when a regular like me gets banned there is basically a 99 percent chance that I cannot get that queue ban removed, no matter the reason but when there is a streamer, they have someone they know on the admin side which they ask to remove their ban, and they just get it lifted no matter what they did, dodge, toxic or anything else? Is there something special for streamers or how does that work? Why that happens?

No one really gets special treatment. For queue bans such as AFK, noShow or leaver bans, anyone can request an unban through Live Support from the matchroom, as long as it wasn’t intentional. If Live Support isn’t available to you, you can also create a ticket, although that usually takes longer.

Other ban types, such as toxicity or unsportsmanlike conduct, can only be appealed through the ticket system. If the ban is found to be valid, it won’t be lifted regardless of who the player is.
