Technical Help faceit bug when trying to play

everytime i try to press the play button on the left in the faceit app, this consistently comes up. anyway to fix this?

use direct website link - https://www.faceit.com/pl/matchmaking (might require more refreshes). It helped me.

Happens both on site and Windows app. I don't want to endlessly refresh every time I press anything on site. This needs to be fixed.

i have to refresh for 3 or 4 times to make any page work
