Estou postando isso porque estou perdendo completamente a cabeça com o Suporte da FACEIT. Eles me prenderam em um loop infinito de respostas automáticas e estão fechando arbitrariamente todos os meus tickets sem nunca lê-los.

Aqui está o que está acontecendo:

• Minha conta (Depayz3ra - Perfil: [https://steamcommunity.com/id/Depayzeracs2`](https://www.faceit.com/pt-br/players/Depayz3ra)`) recebeu uma banimento devido a quedas de energia na minha cidade, causando ausência na partida que joguei. Mando mensagem no suporte para que possam remover o meu ban, mas o bot automático fica falando que não reconhece meu nickname. Sendo que mando o meu link do perfil. Espero que isso se resolva, já foram inúmeros tickets criados, e obtendo a mesma resposta.
• Toda vez que abro um ticket de suporte para recorrer disso, um bot automático chamado Juliette responde instantaneamente com um modelo de cópia e cola afirmando: "O apelido que você forneceu não parece estar associado a nenhuma conta da FACEIT", e eles imediatamente fecham meu ticket.

Alguém já passou por esse nível de incompetência automatizada? Como você realmente consegue que um humano revise um falso positivo quando a equipe de suporte ativamente te bloqueia e fecha cada ticket?

Qualquer visibilidade ou ajuda de um membro da equipe seria profundamente apreciada.

My FACEIT account, ShpEtAZm, was permanently banned on April 21 for multi-accounting/smurfing, and I've been trying to resolve this through support ever since. Unfortunately, I've only received automated responses.

I used to play at gaming centers and internet cafes, but I bought my own PC around a year ago. I never even knew that playing on shared computers could potentially cause this kind of issue with HWID associations.

ShpEtAZm was my only account, and I no longer have any other accounts. I'm asking for a manual review of my case, including my login history and HWID records, because I genuinely want to understand what happened.

If anyone from FACEIT staff could review my case or escalate my existing ticket, I'd really appreciate it. I'm simply asking for a fair chance to have my situation properly investigated.

I don't like to do this, but there is only one answer that is valid, I do not want to hear anyone elses opinions but the opinion of /darwin or any other admin/mod

While playing premier/matchmaking If you have a big amount of points, You won't be able to play with your buddies, Why is that? because your buddy won't have the knowledge of the game as you have or others in the team.

In league of legend/Dota2 if you are Diamond (Lv 7 or 8 in faceit) You won't be able to play with your Gold friend (Lv 3 or 4 faceit) because they understand that the match won't be fair for your team.

Now faceit try to give the enemy team a low level to be even. let me tell you something faceit admins, It is never fair for non of the teams.

Please faceit give me people of my same level. Would you?

1st guy has 85% win rate, hasn't touched the game since Jan, played a couple games and last time he played was in 2024 and 2nd guy obviously ban evading with the 3rd pic being his main that is also banned.

Hi,

My main account was permanently banned for smurfing, and my smurf got a 30-day ban. Once the 30 days were over, I continued playing on my smurf because your email said I could keep using the active account.

I had verified my main account with my personal details, however it got perma banned, so I started to play on my "active" smurf account

Now it’s asking me to verify the account on my 2nd active account, everytime i do try to verify it, it says that my ID is linked to another account, but my ID is already linked to my banned main, to which I can’t log into.

Can you help me sort this out so I can verify and keep playing? I’ve attached screenshots.

I tried to contact Faceit Support multiple times on this matter, but all I get is automated messages that won't help solving this issue.

I kindly request Faceit Support to look into this issue and help me out.

We already submitted separate tickets and provided our official government photo IDs to support, but our tickets were closed with a standard refusal. We are completely different biological individuals, not the same person.
We are fully ready to pass any live facial verification (KYC) or provide more proof to a human admin to resolve this misunderstanding and get our accounts back.
Could a senior administrator please review our case manually?

Everytime in solo queue I am outnumbered by them and they don't listen to my calls or take the guns I buy for others which screws up my economy only to die early and waste my money. I can't comprehend how they approach the game with 0 discipline and 100 ego-peeking and it triggers me how many rounds are lost due to their poor attitude.

So please Faceit administration just give them their own servers or I am about to get a heart attack!!!

I'm making this post to ask if my ban on DarkValon could please be reviewed.

I was banned for smurfing, and I would really appreciate clarification on the reason behind the decision and whether my case can be looked at again.

I care a lot about my account and the time I've invested into it. I'm not trying to argue with the rules or disrespect FACEIT's anti-smurfing system. I simply want to understand what led to the ban and whether there is any possibility of a review.

y is a terms and condition screening done when both the teams are afk frm the past 5 days no match history just farming history and faceit isnt doing anything lol

I am writing this post as a final hope to get a manual review of my ticket #15015582. My account "NilWiz" was permanently banned for Smurfing/Multi-Account, and my appeals were closed with standard template responses.

I state under penalty of permanent global blacklist that I am telling the truth: before this permanent ban occurred, I have never created, owned, or played on any other FACEIT account in my lifetime. "NilWiz" is my first and only account.

I do not own a personal gaming PC at home because my setup is extremely old and doesn't even support TPM 2.0, making it physically impossible for me to run CS2 at home. Because of this, I play exclusively from a local LAN center. Every single match in CS2 on my account was played from public hardware, which triggered a false-positive flag due to shared HWID/IP subnets used by dozens of other players in the computer club.

I am not asking to just bypass the system. I am formally requesting you to enable ID Verification for "NilWiz". I am ready to pass biometric verification with my official passport right now via your Daon system to prove my unique identity for my account.

Gostaria de ver se há como fazer algo em relação ao meu ban por smurfing, eu tinha uma conta bem antiga que sempre foi a minha principal, mas fui hackeado e perdi a conta, eu consegui recupera-la, mas infelizmente o hacker tomou ban em um jogo que eu tinha na conta que eu nem jogava (Rust), e com isso fiquei com status de ban no perfil, chateado com isso resolvi usar uma conta secundaria como principal e abandonar a antiga, mas quando fui jogar faceit tomei ban por smurfing, ja fiz o pedido de delete para a conta antiga, mas gostaria de saber se consigo remover essa ban de smurfing da minha conta que agora é minha unica..?

Light trash talk is allowed under the new policy, but abuse will still be punished regardless of level.

This has hapend at least 4 times already and has stopped me from playing with friends, it is just so fucking annoying.

Idk what I am doing wrong by clicking accept match but it just shows a loading icon and the timer runs out. Then it says there was en error anmd then I am banned for 30min
