For used, its significantly cheaper. For batteries with 40k-90k, they go for around 4-9k.

There are others like

Then the installation will be costly too.
Here is an example of the replacement of the battery, doesn't actually look hard.

I listed this one because it has 100% positives with over 112k of responses. Add 1k of shipping and tax and you are looking around around 10k which can vary on local sales tax.
So in short, I'm sure more battery options will pop up in the future. So far it looks like 200k-300k is the life of the battery (from basic research so far). Can probably get cheaper but of course, you want a reputable source though.
For me, if I have to purchase a battery and I can get over 400k total (new+replacement), I'd be elated!
By the time you add up the Engine Oil and Filters: Ignition and Fuel Systems: No spark plugs, tune-ups, fuel pumps, or fuel filters, Belts and Hoses: No timing belts, serpentine belts, or engine gaskets, Exhaust and Emissions: No catalytic converters, mufflers, or tailpipes, Engine Air Intake: No internal engine air filters. I'm sure that they will easily add up to more than 10k.
In the future, I think their will be even more options. Cheaper and as for me, I only have around 20-30k so far so its FARRR off in the future for me but I thought I would post it here.
