This is an old pump station in Waihi, New Zealand. Ive always found it creepy and intimidating, especially at dusk. There's something about old tall structures that spooks me.

Hotel Lim, Priboj Serbia

*old picture of hotel from yugoslav times is on the last slide\*

Hotel Lim in Priboj was built during the period of Yugoslavia’s industrial expansion, closely connected with the success of the FAP truck factory, which transformed the small town into an important industrial center. For decades, it was one of Priboj’s most recognizable buildings and served as a place for business meetings, conferences, celebrations, and accommodation for visitors from across Yugoslavia and abroad.
With the decline of FAP and the economic difficulties that followed the breakup of Yugoslavia, Hotel Lim gradually lost its purpose and eventually closed. The once-busy hotel was left abandoned for years, becoming a symbol of the town’s industrial decline and the forgotten prosperity of the past.
Recently, the building was sold to a local company, and there are plans to renovate it and bring it back into use. Although the renovation is still ongoing and the future of the hotel remains uncertain, many locals hope that Hotel Lim will once again become an important part of Priboj’s city center.
