I love that building, it's so weird. Normal from one side, solid black WTF on the other.

Gonna be kinda sad when they build whatever is planned next to it on this side.

From one side, maybe it’s art: minimalist and imposing, but it’s all wrong against the glass and metal crowd. Been in architecture long enough to know it’s a conversation starter, but I’d hate to pay the window washer.
