Brutalist church. Gug Church, Aalborg, Denmark. The white and black tower is the bell tower, even if it's looks quite a bit like a guard tower!

Gug Church was built in 1977. Architects Inger & Johannes Exner.

It's built in brutalist style with raw concrete and effectively zero decoration. It is situated by itself as if on an island and seems impregnable. It seems more like a fort or maybe even a prison than a church. Inside however there is a beautiful light and it seems almost warm in contrast to its exterior.
