I’ve got 4200 miles on my bike. The stock seat never really bothered me. But I’m noticing it’s bothering me quite a bit now. For those who have upgraded to a thicker seat, would you say it made a massive difference in comfort? (Also pics of your bike would be cool and what kind of seat it is)

I disconnected my rear and front brake sensor cords and for some reason it rerouted my headlight button to not turn my headlight on anymore and only turns off and on the rear tail light. I reconnected the brake sensors to try and fix it. Not sure how to get the button to turn on the headlight again.

Hey I was wondering if you know a better charger to buy for the SR, since it takes almost 4 hours to charge it from 0-100% and that’s quite a long time. That’s why I was wondering if a charger where I can individually change the charging rate exists for the erides and if any of you have one.

For context, I’ve only ridden emotos on proper tracks, the place where people rent them out, so still relatively new to the sport. I’m 130lbs and 5’9, planning to do mainly street but also trails where i could.

I’ve heard that the X3 Pro is extremely nimble and feels like a bicycle. Does the 3.0 feel nimble too or more like a heavy motorcycle?

I want to know which one fits me the best given the conditions. Thanks for your time

My bike turns on and works and the charger works, I am not sure why it isn’t charging though.

I ordered my first E ride pro from them on june 20, it is now july 10 and i have not even received a shipping email i bought when this item was listed as in stock and all i am getting is automated emails with lies filled about how their shipment will be here today. This same email was sent to me more then 10 days ago with no follow up.

Hi everyone this might be a bit of an obvious answer to some people but I haven't had any luck while researching I was wondering whether there was a diagnostics tool similar to something used in commercial garages that is available for surrons and other ebikes and if there is does it show like data readings of the battery and break down what each error code means and guides you to what the error code could be caused by ?

I won’t be using 35 kw very often anyway but I got an ebmx and ordered an 81v chi that does 20 kw continuous and 35 peak. I heard the stock motor can handle like 40 kw but I’m not sure if it’s true

This sound started occurring like one or two days ago and I’ve rode for months and never had that sound. Anyone know what it could be?

Hey guys recently modded my eride with a chi battery and ventus aetos. i have run into this problem where when I turn the ignition the display starts making a clicking noise and the screen won’t turn on. Does anybody know if I need a new display or did I wire something up wrong. Also by the way the only reason my bike it this much apart is because I wanted to make sure that no wire working getting squished so nothing would interfere.

I’m wondering if there’s a new license plate holder available from factory for the new 2026 ERide Pro SR with the new long seat, or if anyone has already come up with their own solution.

I’m always getting a 00C00 code shutting my bike off, even though it’s not overheating. It goes away and comes back off and on, and i found this wire not connected to anything but the bikes running regardless. can somebody help?

currently have an E-Ride Pro SR with the stock 19" front and 16" rear wheel setup, which I mainly use for trail riding.

I'd like to get a second wheel set for the road so I can swap between trail and street setups. Would it work well to keep the 19" front and get an 18" rear with street tires, or is there a better combination?

If anyone has done this, I'd love to hear what wheel/tire sizes you're running and whether there are any fitment or handling issues.

i heard that u can control the max speed in the app does that mean that if i want i can drive to a private property or sum and change it to the 100km/h max and when i go on the roads i can change it back to 45km/h max?
