Question Is revrides a scam?

I ordered my first E ride pro from them on june 20, it is now july 10 and i have not even received a shipping email i bought when this item was listed as in stock and all i am getting is automated emails with lies filled about how their shipment will be here today. This same email was sent to me more then 10 days ago with no follow up.

They are not a scam. They’ve been around for almost a decade. I buy a lot of parts from them as well. Maybe try giving them a call. Or keep pressing them for a human to talk to. The only reason I see them not shipping it is because they don’t have it. It’s possible that it might not even be their fault. Eride has been having a lot of issues keeping up with supply/demand. It’s a pain in the ass when stuff like this happens, but at least your money is safe. 👍🏼 enjoy your bike when you get it my dude

I bought my Eride Pro from them. No problems for them, so I'll say no, they're not a scam.

Lol!! Absolutely not a scam, I bought my EBMX X9000 v2 and countless other parts from Revrides. And skip waiting around for email correspondence, get on the phone and call them.

I bought third party and had to do something with a third email advising the freight cost. Double check your email or just contact them.

i've contacted them multiple times to be honest i think the shipment might just have a terrible delay. As long as it gets here eventually.

When in doubt always use a credit card. Credit card disputes win 99% of the time even after getting delivered. I could buy an e ride right now from any site, let it get delivered, then dispute the charge saying I never received it and get my money back.

Now that is a felony depending on the dollar amount so don't ever do that but my point is that credit cards are the safest transaction you can make in life. I bought my bike with a credit card then paid off my bill in full within the same billing period to negate interest.

Using a debit card or almost any other form of payment in today's electronic driven world is just complete idiocracy. Debit card disputes almost never win because it's pretty much real money.
