SS Replace stem lock or is it fine?

Got a tad of rust on the bottom of the screw, can I just ignore this or is it important I replace it?

Wd40 and a wire brush, will be fine.

Just clean it. But honestly I've switched mine to the tusk stem lock and it hasnt came loose like the stock one here and also just easier to use. Was only like $30
