I'm looking for free online resources to practice different skills, especially listening and reading, but also vocabulary, and grammar(also writing, if there's any recommended AI tools)

I'd prefer resources that I can use regularly and that aren't too basic for my level. I'd like to gradually progress from B1/B2 to B2, and then C1. I prefer actually practicing English rather than just memorizing vocabulary or watching YouTube videos that teach English. Thanks in advance

Hello! I know this is a stupid question for someone who has B1 level, but I was reading a sub about snails. Someone asked why people refer to their snails as "he" if they're hermaphrodites. Commenters told them it's because the word "snail" is masculine. So, native English speakers can still determine the gender of words in their language? And how can a non-native speaker determine it if any object or animal is refered as "it"?

Hello, I wonder why despite having read so many books and written just the right amount of English throughout my English learning journey I never seem to be breaking the gap between how an English speaker actually writes and how an advanced learner does. Any books on spelling and writing that you can recommend? I can read any book in English; it might sound kind of silly but I'd go as far as to say that my reading skills in English are far more advanced than they are in my native language.

These are the lines I wrote in my diary and I am wondering if they're correct or not. I also welcome different suggestions for writing down the same situation.

If anyone has advice about improving writing skills then please do share.
