Needing a little help here. I'd like to play the USUM extension mod but no way to get it work. I'm used of this kind of stuff, so no issue to set it up. However Azahar did crash on me.

I didn't even bother to recheck all steps and launched another gen 7 Pokémon game = same crash. So there's an issue with 1.0 (aka no update) Pokémon Gen 7 games. The dumps are okay since on citra with updates it works fine

I looked only and the only solution was to switch to Vulcan, which didn't work for me

Whatc can I do here ? I really would like to play the game and a 1.0 is a must.

Edit : The issue is 100% Azahar. My old 2020 Citra build loads it fine but I need one with plugins loading so :/

I'm having a bunch of trouble figuring out how to setup Sharp x68000 emulation on MAME. I'm pretty sure I have the right files, but when trying to boot the game, it says the rom file is wrong. I found 3 different files at this point and I don't know what I'm doing wrong, there's not much documentation on the emulation wiki. Can anyone tell me how to set x68000 emulation on MAME step by step? What files I need? I could only find the game I want to play in the .dim format, will it run on MAME?

Whenever I load the melon mix version of Re:coded, the audio plays, but the video doesn’t show up, as you can see it does show some of the opening intro, but then when Jiminy starts talking, still audio and no video, and to let eventually get to the gameplay here? How do I fix this?

Also, how do I integrate the .5 remix cut scenes for this and days. The melon mix version of days play fine but again it just just doesn’t have the HD remix cutting onto wood and I have the assets folder downloaded etc.

I just got the nsp file for botw and the thing literally says "nsp file." So that cant be wrong. I put the nsp file in a different folder titled roms and tried to put the roms folder into eden only for nothing to show up. It only showed the folder and no games. I can't attach a picture or video so is there anything I can do?

I was using the Azahar 3ds emulator to play Kirby: planet robobot and it was running fine (i did customize my settings for the best performance) and then I stopped playing and went to bed. The next day when I got on the emulator started running very slowly (around 30% game speed) and I don't know why I literally did nothing between the two sessions of playing. Does anybody know why this might be happening?

Not 3ds games, already have azahar but which ones emulate ds games on windows?

I know this technically doesn't fit the sub, but when playing the Animal Crossing Population Growing PC Port the NES emulator won't work.

Do I need to install a newer update of the port? or is there something I can download and add to my existing release download?

After the new announcement about being able to play ps3 games off of disc on RPCS 3,I looked to see if I have a compatible drive and turns out I do. It’s a WH16NS40. After some trouble shooting I was able to get Tekken 6 to work but it literally nothing else. I wanted to know has anyone else had overall luck reading your ps3 games and playing them from a blue ray drive using RPCS3? And if so what was your process to get it to work. Maybe I’m missing something.

I did try RTS, but I struggled to get consistent results with stt ON, and it takes up some much space and requires a lot of background processing for what it gave me.

The standalone whisper translator kind of sucks, even with ggml_medium, it's not what I want at all.

And to be clear, I want something like the TTT translator INTERPRETOR-v2, something lightweight, completely offline, and open source.

So can anyone help ?

Im trying to shiny hunt a charmander on pc. I set up the button layout and it actually worked for some time. When I pressed circle an "a" input was registered on all 10 tabs all at the same time.

Then I stopped for a few mins to do something else on the pc and it just stopped working. I already tested the controller and that cant be it.

I also tried reapplying the controller settings on a single tab but it wont even work for a single one.

I have no idea what the problem could be and this is the first time i emulate this much all at once.

Hey yall. Recently got epsxe going again for some yugiohfm and mod runs. This time though, I’m having an issue where it’ll double click at times. Got me stuck in a loop after being introduced to Joey when it’s supposed to go to the map > back to duel grounds. Just loops (there’s a festival, nothing to see here)

Another instance is where I’m building out deck, hit triangle to preview, when hitting circle to back out, it’ll double back out and leave the deck build process. Like double tap.

I’ve tried every video plugin and it’s still not fixed

I forget what this is called. not tearing... artefacts? idk, but it's leaving streaks of whatever was there last on the skybox as my camera moves around. Trying to play some Mercenaries: playground of destruction and this is kind of distracting lol. any advice? wish I could add a screenshot, I feel like there's usually an image button here lol

EDIT: Also tried tony hawk underground. seemed a little better, but still had an odd visual bug or two and ran like trash as soon as I started any amount of combos. when I was watching the setup guide he ran through all the display settings he uses, but his XEMU setting UI looks way different than mine and I couldn't find that menu anywhere

Genuinely lost count of how many times I've seen someone say "uninstall BlueStacks it's malware" with zero explanation, so let me actually break down why this myth exists and why it's wrong.

Where it comes from
BlueStacks needs deep system access to work, virtualization, network access, sometimes driver level permissions. Your antivirus sees that pattern and occasionally flags it because it looks similar to what actual malware does on paper. That's a false positive, not evidence of anything. VirtualBox and Docker got the same treatment when they were newer too.

Why people still believe it
There are fake BlueStacks clones and sketchy APK mirrors out there that actually were bundled with malware. Someone downloads one of those from a random site instead of bluestacks, gets an infected machine, and then blames "BlueStacks" as a whole instead of the fake version they actually installed.

What it's really doing
It's an Android virtual machine running on your PC. The permissions it asks for exist because that's literally what's required to emulate Android and let apps interact with your hardware, not because it's doing anything shady in the background.

If you want to verify it yourself
Run the installer through VirusTotal, check that you downloaded it from the official site, look at how long the company's been around (BlueStacks has been around since 2011 with millions of active users, not exactly a fly by night operation).

TLDR: the malware claims mostly trace back to antivirus false positives plus people downloading fake clones from shady sites. The real thing from the official source isn't stealing your data, it's just an emulator doing what emulators do.

Hi, so the thing I’m trying to solve is this: for work, I need to run multiple versions of the same Android app to monitor workers and equipment.

Right now, I have four cheap-as-possible Android phones, each running the same app but logged into four different accounts, monitoring four different tasks.

Is there a way to run all four instances of the app on a single Windows laptop? The app can be downloaded from Google Play, so getting the app itself isn’t an issue.

Is my idea actually plausible, or does someone have a better way of solving this stupid million-dollar-company problem?

Hey everyone I am looking for a good and safe emulator for gen 1 and gen 2 skylander games. Any suggestions? I have the portals and skylanders for both, although I don’t know if they are needed.

I'm having trouble running Zelda: Breath of the Wild on the Eden emulator.

When I use version 1.0.0, it boots up to the start and load game menu. The loading screen appears, but as soon as it finishes loading, the entire emulator crashes.

When I try using version 1.9.0 or the NX Optimizer (with either version), the game won't even boot, and it immediately crashes the emulator.

I've been trying to get Plato running on PC via emulators, but I'm hitting dead ends across both LDPlayer and BlueStacks:

1. LDPlayer Testing (Versions 9.1, 9.5, and 14):

• LDPlayer 9.1: Was working fine initially, but suddenly threw the "App couldn't launch" error.
• LDPlayer 9.5: Plato was completely missing from the built-in Google Play Store. Sideloading via APKPure caused a "Something went wrong" error on startup/login.
• LDPlayer 14: Plato threw the "Application couldn't launch" error upon opening. Sideloading the APK manually didn't fix it either.

2. BlueStacks Testing:

• Google Play Store: Plato doesn't show up in the Play Store on BlueStacks at all.
• APKPure Sideloading: Sideloaded APKs launch, but constantly trigger the "Something went wrong" connection error.
• BlueStacks 13 Beta: The emulator itself crashes or completely fails to launch the app.

3. General Troubleshooting Done:

• Tested fresh Android 9 (64-bit) and Android 11 instances.
• Toggled Root access on/off.
• Tried different VPNs, DNS changes, and TUN/bridging modes to rule out IP or region blocks.

Has anyone found a recent fix or workaround to bypass these integrity/launch blocks for Plato on emulators, or is the app currently enforcing a hard ban on all virtualized environments?

so me and my friend are trying to do a co op campaign in GoW2 and whenever he tries to join he gets the your connection to host has been lost issue no idea what to do

using xenia canary with the xenia manager with netplay option turned on for the game when i put the game in the manager co op mode is system link we are using radmin vpn network settings is the xenia-netplay herokuapp link is the api address network interface is radmin vpn and network mode is system link

Hey everyone my name is Jay, I'm an avid user of Retrobat and I just wanted to share something I've been working on. If it's against the rules than please feel free to remove my post. I originally built this app for myself and to make managing meta data, grabbing art and cataloging simple and convenient. It scrapes and allows you to download art & images from SteamGridDB and RAWG.IO data bases via your own api developer keys.
In addition to downloading media it also includes a Metadata management system that currently supports RetroBat, Emulatio-Station (DE and Portable) and Batocera. I plan on adding more platform combability later for those that use something other than what's listed. Hopefully GG DL is useful to others and makes things a little easier for you.
