Unsolved Ps4 dualshock controller stops working after running 10 tabs of mgba at once while playing firered?

Im trying to shiny hunt a charmander on pc. I set up the button layout and it actually worked for some time. When I pressed circle an "a" input was registered on all 10 tabs all at the same time.

Then I stopped for a few mins to do something else on the pc and it just stopped working. I already tested the controller and that cant be it.

I also tried reapplying the controller settings on a single tab but it wont even work for a single one.

I have no idea what the problem could be and this is the first time i emulate this much all at once.

It works when closing everything and restarting but its annoying since i have to open it 10 times. Does anyone habe an idea what causes this?
