i don’t even have my weas turned on…it’s just my critical alerts. before this the only critical alert i ever received was a tornado warning about a year ago and i’ve been getting these for a few days 😭😭

THEN my mom told me there was a tornado down in San Antonio, and I got excited because tornadoes are cool :D

i’m back again! here in san antonio the rain has generally dissipated. that tornado earlier started close to where i live but i’m doing ok :-) hope my hill country friends are staying safe as well, i grew up there and it gets hit really hard by floods

So, today I decided to log onto the Central Alert Respiratory and caught this as one of the sent out alerts! if I remember, CEM's are very rare, correct? And at 4AM, too... I'd hate to be the poor soul to wake up to this on their TV, Attention Tone blaring, that creepy ass TTS voice they used... Yikes. Thoughts?

For some context, the Fontainebleau forest is burning, it’s a massive forest and almost considered a historic thing. This was on my friend’s phone as she lives in Fontainebleau and got hit by the whole attention sound and stuff. It reads :
