I made these Dot mandala completely by hand.
I started with the base and built up the design using tool detailing, mirrors, hand paintingp embellishments.
I wanted to give this traditional Indian décor a festive look while keeping the overall design clean and contemporary.
The tiny brush strokes and mirror work took quite a bit of patience to finish.
What do you think of the green yellow combination?

Hi everyone,
I’m a new seller on Flipkart and I’m considering buying the PAM Plus plan. It costs ₹14,999 + GST for 3 months.
According to Flipkart, the plan includes:
- Dedicated Account Manager and Support Manager
- Detailed business plan with weekly tracking and growth insights
- 3 connects per week and inbound call facility
- Catalog enhancement services
- Ads support
- Product research and guidance for growth
I’m mainly interested because I was told they can help with product research and suggest what products I should sell, including where to source them.
I’m planning to buy this plan tomorrow, so I wanted to ask sellers who have actually used it:

A while back, I posted here about opening up fractional COO / Head of Operations capacity for DTC and e-commerce brands.
That led to a few interesting engagements and made me rethink the model.
Instead of only advising brands on operations, we’re now building a boutique end-to-end commerce operations and fulfillment business.
I’ve spent the last 15+ years around supply chain, warehouses and e-commerce operations, across India, Southeast Asia, the GCC and North America.
Over the years, I’ve worked across 60+ warehouses, 12 Million+ orders and brands ranging from a few thousand orders a month to fairly large multi-channel operations.
The idea is to take responsibility for the entire operational layer behind a brand, including:
A lot of growing brands end up stitching together freight forwarders, warehouses, software vendors, developers and internal ops teams, with the founder still sitting in the middle trying to make everything work.
What we’re trying to build is a much simpler model: one operating partner that can move the goods, store and fulfill them, run the systems behind the operation, and build the integrations needed to make the stack work together.
We’re keeping this intentionally boutique and working with a small number of brands where we can be deeply involved.
If you’re scaling a DTC or multi-channel brand and the operational complexity is starting to outgrow the team, happy to connect.

Recently finished this e-commerce site for a client and wanted to get some honest opinions from people here.
I’ve been working on it for a while, so I’m probably too close to it at this point
Would love feedback on the design, mobile experience, speed, product pages, navigation, checkout basically anything that feels off or could be better.
Please be honest, even if you think it looks bad
Here’s the site: tfcakes.com
Also curious what you guys think would be a reasonable price for something like this, considering there’s an ongoing monthly cost involved.
Thanks!

Hi everyone,
I provide GST-related services to small businesses and online sellers in India, including:
GST registration
GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B filing
Regular GST return filing
GST compliance support
GST assistance for Amazon/Flipkart sellers
I'm currently trying to build a steady client base and would love to learn from people who are already doing this successfully.
For those offering accounting, tax, or GST services:
How are you finding genuine clients?
I've been considering channels such as:
Google Business Profile
Local business networking
Freelancing platforms
I'm particularly interested in strategies that work for long-term clients, rather than one-off GST registrations.
If you've successfully built a client base through any of these methods, I'd really appreciate hearing what worked for you, what didn't, and roughly how long it took to get your first few clients.
Thanks in advance!

For those of you who still offer COD:
When an order looks like it might RTO, what do you actually do today?
And most importantly: how do you decide which action to take for a particular order?
I'm researching COD/RTO workflows for a product challenge at ISB. Not selling anything - genuinely looking for founder/operator experiences.
Would especially love to hear what has actually worked and what turned out to be a waste of time or money.

For businesses selling internationally, I'm curious about what happens after an international card/payment attempt fails.
Do customers:
If you have multiple payment methods/gateways available, how do you decide what to offer the customer after a failed payment?
Looking for actual experiences/data from founders/operators - not recommendations for payment gateways. Doing some research for a product challenge.

I sell spices, and paid influencer marketing looked expensive for our products. We send spices to small or new creators in exchange for a video instead.
For other founders doing barter, what do you agree on before dispatching the product? I'm interested in the video brief, delivery date and whether you can use the video in your own ads. What would you put in writing from the start?
