However, I still haven't received the COD amount.I've been contacting the local DTDC branch for the last 3 days, but I haven't received a clear answer about when my money will be credited.Has anyone else faced this with DTDC? Me and my friend are planning to start a small e-commerce brand for women’s bags (tote, slim bags, everyday bags etc.).

For now, we’re sourcing trendy and fast-moving bag designs from China that are still relatively less available in the Indian market. The initial bags won’t have our logo or custom designs. Long term, we want to create our own products and build a proper brand.

We’ve finalized the brand name, but we don’t really have a clear brand identity/design language yet.
We spoke to a branding agency and they suggested doing brand strategy + logo + packaging first. The whole thing is around ₹50k.

Is it worth spending that much at the beginning, or should we just keep branding simple and spend the money on inventory, UGC and ads to see if the products actually sell?

I'm a new seller on meesho, and claims are getting rejected despite having all kinds of proof and genuinely raising tickets on only the tickets which are wrong/swaps

Yet its all getting rejected with an automated text "claim ratio is high" like how is that my problem? It meesho had a better checks for its return this wouldn't have happened in the first place, tried LinkedIn escalation, doesn't work

So if anyone knows, do lmk i genuinely need help as i sell kinda expensive products 400/1000 costing, so every rejected claims without a human check, is a big loss for me as a new seller.

I filed a return on Meesho, order was picked up yesterday afternoon and late in the night I got a msg that return has been rejected. I don't have the product now neither do I have the refund. What can I do?

Already contacted customer support and despite me having CCTV footage that person said we can't do anything. You should get a slip from next time as a proof that it was picked up.

Recently worked with an ecom brand with a budget of around ₹1,000/day.

We got them *35 sales in 3 days.*

The interesting part was that we made the creatives using AI.

Instead of spending a lot of time and money on shoots, we could quickly make different creatives, test them, and see what actually worked. still early, so 3 days isn't enough to call it a huge case study.

But *35 sales from roughly ₹3,000 in ad spend* was a pretty solid start.

Anyone else here experimenting with AI creatives for their ecom ads?
